I had a routine service appointment on March 5, 2011 at 1:30 pm but I went in about an hour early to see if maybe my car could be serviced sooner. I was greeted by a very kind man at my car immediately upon driving into the Service drop-off area who said that it would be no problem. When I went in, Adrian Garcia greeted me and promptly asked if he could help me. In no time, Adrian set me up for an earlier appointment and got my paperwork completed. Everything about Darcars of Frederick service was fantastic. They even offered a courtesy car wash and shuttled me to downtown Frederick while I waited. A simple phone call and they came to pick me up, as well. I am so glad I bought my car at Darcars of Frederick - the service has been excellent from all staff so far...even my boyfriend, who came with me & has a Toyota (from another dealership), said he wishes he bought his car at Darcars of Frederick because the staff is so helpful and friendly. I give Darcars of Frederick and Adrian Garcia, specifically for his kindness on March 5th, an A+ ! More

I bought my first Toyota (Corolla) from Darcars in 1996. I bought my current Toyota (Camry), new, in February 2006. Seyed Mirhadi (Nima, as we call him), started taking care of the service details around 20 I bought my current Toyota (Camry), new, in February 2006. Seyed Mirhadi (Nima, as we call him), started taking care of the service details around 2007. Since then I always request him when I call for service. He has always been polite, helpful, and honest. I took my car in last week for routine service and they found a major part which needed to be replaced; it would have cost me over $900. Nima checked my records and found that I was only 17 days past the warranty date. He checked with his supervisor, called me back, and told me that Darcars would take care of it. Nima made a special effort to help me with this unexpected expense. It’s nice to know that he looks out for his customers. More

He treated me with respect, kindness and I felt that he did really have my interest in mind. He listened to me and really tried to help me out, never pushy. The Finance Department was also great. They were able to approve me with a rate I could not believe! I would defenatly not only recommend this Dealership but recommend working with Kent Swanson. We worked with Patrick Lockett buying a "nearly new" Camry. Patrick's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Jason Barber the service manager takes care of things efficiently and effectively. The staff is very personable, and the guys doing the work are knowledgeable. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, I go there which is an hour drive at least from my school/apartment if i'm not at my home. More

Chris Santiago is easily one of the most professional and courteous salesperson with whom I have had the opportunity of doing business. In addition, he was concerned that about my satisfaction with the purchase even after the deal was over and was prepared to do whatever it took-- within reason -- to ensure that satisfaction. It was really a refreshing experience to work with someone who didn't just say "call me if you need anything" and then was unavailable. Chris actually proved that he is a man of his words. I will recommend Chris to anyone who is in the market for a Toyota. More
