With the help of the online services of TrueCar, I requested quotes from Toyota dealerships from Frederick to Baltimore city. Of the nearly a dozen responses that I received, the one from James Anderson - General Sales Manager of DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore - was hands down the best offer. After a few quick email exchanges with Maria Dye, I scheduled for a test drive and signing the sale paperwork for the upcoming Saturday. On a Saturday afternoon, we were met with Murel Hurt, who accompanied me for the test drive and guided us through the sale process, The whole process took approximately 2 hours. This was the best car-buying experience I have had. I give this dealership very high marks for price and customer service. More

130,000 miles service and a warning light repair I bought my car here in 2007 and have all service done there ever since. Service has always been good. Service Manager has been a very good friend and I bought my car here in 2007 and have all service done there ever since. Service has always been good. Service Manager has been a very good friend and a pleasure to deal with. However you state that you wash the car, but I never seem to get a wash job. I suppose that is my only complaint. I think I have been a loyal customer and have been pleased enough to keep coming back. More

Service department runs a shady business and voided my warranty because of a sensor going off when there was never an accident. Per Toyota the warranty is not void unless the car is salvaged. They are likely double charging the customers and warranty while claiming it's void.Beware More
