This dealer is easily one of the most stereotypical "let us find as many BS things wrong with your car as possible" mechanics that I have ever been to. I went in for a simple service: new brakes and an oil change, which they told me would take 90 minutes. 85 minutes later, they told me that they had completed a full inspection (which I did not ask for) and had identified three other areas that were non-compliant with whatever fictional standards they'd developed. They were looking for $600 in additional maintenance (which I opted-out of), plus an additional 90 minutes of my time (which I could not opt-out of). My service employee was less-than sincere, and took zero responsibility for the misinformation and the terrible service. TL;DR: Terrible customer service, terrible prices, terrible wait times, terrible integrity. Do not get your car serviced here. More
Terrible experience, the only reason I stayed there was because I had to buy a truck that day, and I had somebody with me to drive my other car. I couldn't just go farther and look for another dealer, they make me wait with the promise that they would have the car on the lot 15 or 20 min later. I stayed there almost 4 hours I told them I had an appointment and I reschedule because of their promise that the car was only 20 min away. that was one hour later of the first time, I had to change my appointment twice while I saw the manager and salesmen laughing I got upset and talk with the manager requesting an specific time, the coment of another person in the shop, was " he is is telling you to stop the "b***s*** " I will not go there again, for any reason , ever And I feel sorry for anybody that made the mistake to go to this place\ I am gonna try to include this comments in my work web site, I feel is social service to warn people about this dealership More
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Nothing but lies, over and over. The managers and rude and full of crap. They've continually lied and kept changing their stories- its been a week and we still haven't received our check managers and rude and full of crap. They are very shady, and extremely dishonest. Once this ordeal is over with--I will NEVER go back there, and I would never recommend this dealership to anybody!! I will say that our sales guy, fred, was very nice though! Probably the only nice one there! More
Crooks. Tried to overcharge me for parts and labor. Gave me a quote that was twice the list price (I checked elsewhere). I saved myself 250 bucks by going elsewhere.. I dealt with Ms. Temple when I brought in my 2003 Camery. I was in for a oil change and tire rotation and of course like most dealers there is always try to sell something that needs to be done and I get tha I was in for a oil change and tire rotation and of course like most dealers there is always try to sell something that needs to be done and I get that. But the why the young lady(and I use this term losely) made me feel like that because I chose to op-out of the service I was no longer worth her time or effort. I did talk the to service manger and he addressed my concerns and made me feel better about the situation. I will use them agian but will never deal with Lindsey Temple. More
DARCARS TOYOTA OF BALTIMORE SALES TEAM WAS GREAT. I was referred by a friend who bought a used Camry. He said he got a great deal even though his credit was not the best. I also had some credit issues and almost no downpayment. My salesman Erick Caballeros found the perfect car, a new RAV4 and the Manager Steven ran my credit. After a very nervous 45 min he told me that I was going to get a 60 month Loan at 1.9% and that I was gettting a 100k mile comprehensive warranty, Gap Ins. and 75miles of Toyota service included in my loan. Preston, the internet manager, put all my forms together and took the time to play with my little girl while I signed the Paperwork and Ashanti the GM thanked me before Erick thoroughly went over MY truck. I was hoping to get a decent used car and not pay too much. I ENDED UP WITH A GREAT DEAL and super rate just like my friend. More
This dealership broke several laws when they sold us a "used and titled" rental car. The disclosure of rental car status was not revealed to us during the discussion of purchase, even when we inquired th "used and titled" rental car. The disclosure of rental car status was not revealed to us during the discussion of purchase, even when we inquired three separate times, with three different people at the dealership, if the car was a rental. Out and out lies! The only way we discovered the truth....they inadvertently left in the van, the Enterprise Rental agreement and contact information!!! We returned the vehicle and received a full reimbursement. Beware...this info was not on "Carfax"...this was also misleading. We will NEVER deal with DARCARS again and recommend that if you appreciate HONESTY, don't go there!!! More
I purchased a Nissan Armada from Darcars and this has been the worst experience ever. When I test drove the truck there was an issue with the radio that I was assured would be fixed and here we are weeks been the worst experience ever. My salesman Jon Mcallen appears unknowledgeable and cant answer any questions without taking 3-4 days to call you back. Marvin who is one of the managers will take your call and seem sincere but will never return your call.The finance dept.(Brian Blackmon) hassles you about adding so many extra services that most of your time spent there is refusing the many add ons. Brian is also pretty bad at returning calls. I also traded in a Camry in perfect condition but it took 4 weeks for the bank to receive the check from Darcars which resulted in a late mark on my credit.I emailed the vice president of Darcars to inform her the crappy service and I am not sure what her role is because nothing changed after emailing her. They foward your compliants to customer care and quite frankly they were no help at all.I would urge you to never use Darcars Baltimore unless you love drama because that is all they provide. More

He helped me to decide how to best prioritize the repairs for both safety and performance of my vehicle. Bruce also called me to follow up on the repairs and make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. All the work done to my vehicle was very well done, my vehicle was returned clean and in good order. I have recommended the Dar Cars in Baltimore service center to serveral of my friends and collegues, and suggest that they request Bruce Knapik, as his level of professionalism was excellent, and his knowledge was very helpful to me. This dealership has the worst business practices! We were there for 8 hours! FINALLY got a car (not the one I intended to buy) but only after A LOT of hassle! They quoted me one price and then offered a different price. They messed up my paperwork and I had to go BACK to sign the paperwork again. The finance company for my trade-in keeps calling me because they have not sent them a check. DARCARS - consumers are not stupid. Please stop your wheeling and dealing and treat people with honesty and integrity! More
