Bought a Toyota Camry 2021 with Darcars and they scammed me with 1200$ for a gap insurance I didn’t need because I already had it with Geico and 3 years latter from when i bought my car i found out that thi me with 1200$ for a gap insurance I didn’t need because I already had it with Geico and 3 years latter from when i bought my car i found out that thing it was opcional and i could cancel it at anytime, I decided to cancel the gap insurance and after 4 months that i cancel it The general manager called me and telling me they can only reimburse me 200$, i laughed because i already had this feeling of i bought my car at the wrong and worst Toyota dealership because i only used half of the time and not the 6 years of terms, its was pretty simple to resolve an issue like this and not rob my money but you already know how a crook business will resolve something this simple, they will rather scam you as a costumer than doing the right thing and keep you as a costumer, if the administration will operate like this you can’t expect anything good from the sales people Welcome to the worst, pathetic and corrupt Toyota dealership ever if you are reading my comment its a signs to run away from this crooks, stop wasting your time with them and go to Jerry’s Toyota better deals and they will not rob you as a costumer as Darcars doesn’t have any single bit ethics, professionalism and honor, they are as bad as this small dealerships who will take your money and scam you and can’t make good business ethics. Following this with my attorney and filing a consumer complaint with attorney general and sue them, i will probably not get my money back, but this act of corruption will cost them more than 500 bucks for sure cause i wont stop until everyone can hear my horrible experience with them and share it with all social media and send it to people who can help me to spread the word and avoid to get scam More

We were even told in the morning the car was being washed and would be ready when we got there at 5. Called our insurance company gave them the VIN # added the card to our policy and had the insurance cards emailed so we could transfer the tags. Fast forward to 4:15 the salesperson called and told us the car had been sold while he was out of the office. Asked to speak to the General Manager was told he wasn't in; the Manager I spoke with told me it's their policy if someone comes in and wants it they get it. Well don't let your salespeople make promises that cannot be kept. Then he tried the "let me see what I can do to make things better" tactics. Of course, offering me a car "better" but at a significantly higher cost car and not budging from the cost. xxxxxxxx dealership. Stay away. More

Our family owns four Toyotas and are happy members of the Toyota family. The service department of this dealership is a farce and embarrassment to the Toyota name. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service appointment I had on 06/22/2023.at 12:00 till now is almos 1:35 and my car still parking in the area I parked it ,original appointment was fo service appointment I had on 06/22/2023.at 12:00 till now is almos 1:35 and my car still parking in the area I parked it ,original appointment was for oil change tire rotation and tire leaking air ,While I appreciate the efforts of the lady who received my key, I was disappointed to see that the other male and female staff members were not doing much just standing,..the area they receive cars was pack up base on they claim they had no one to move cars from were customers drop off I asked for manager they said he was on vacation.. As a customer, I expect efficient and timely service, and I was disappointed to see that this was not the case during my appointment. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take steps to ensure that all staff members are working efficiently and effectively to provide the best possible service to customers. I am irritated. Purchased 2019 highlander with the "ASSURANCE plan" Vehicle was totaled 6 weeks later. Asked for some sort of refund since there was NO use at all of Purchased 2019 highlander with the "ASSURANCE plan" Vehicle was totaled 6 weeks later. Asked for some sort of refund since there was NO use at all of the policy. I was told the only way to get any help at all was to buy another vehicle from them. Worst experience of my life in dealing with a dealership. When you buy tags ,warranty extensions ,etc. , you get prorated use of the policy at a minimum. What gives?? More
