Only thing worse than the shoddy work are the rude personel. On Sept. 1 this year, I took my Ram 2500 in for a recall repair and oil change 7:30 appointment. Service writer was not interested in taking my oil change coupon but did regale me of his Louisiana rearing (who cares, right?) and of course the cashier refused to take the coupon as well. On the way home, I noticed that they had used regular oil instead of the synthetic I always use and was clearly marked on the window sticker from the last oil change. I called the dealership and spoke to Crystal(?) who promised me a free oil change because of their refusal to take my coupon and the wrong oil type. After submitting a less than stellar review survey, a week later I had a phone message from 'Priscilla' who stated quite tersely that she wanted to make amends for the bad review but any compensatory offerings were off the table if I didn't call her back THAT DAY! I called Priscilla back and was told, yes, we'll do the free oil change for you IF you give us a '10' score on a follow-up survey. Talk about some stones! They're going to hold a measly free oil change for ransom in lieu of a good survey? ...and they put the wrong oil in to begin with? Yes, the oil they put in will not hurt the truck but it wasn't what I wanted and I should get what I pay for 'cause I'm the customer. ...And so should YOU! There's plenty of good dealerships out there to take care of customers like you and me who don't have to take crap from this "business" and it's overbearing employees. More
Recalls Service department needs to get their act together. Called ordered a air bag for recall they took my VIN my name and number said they would call when Service department needs to get their act together. Called ordered a air bag for recall they took my VIN my name and number said they would call when it came in to set an appointment. Over a month when by never heard from them. Called to check on status. They didn't even have my name in the system nor my VIN number. Said they would have someone call me back. This time someone called me back and left message starting that the part was in come in on Saturday as soon as they open because it was first come first served. That is total BS!! Will never give them my business and that's bad considering I use to sale cars for dodge and my service department would have made that right and not tell someone first come first served. I recommend NEVER! going to Orange PArk dodge for any service related or recall related issues. Shame on you!!!! More

The engine specialist said it was internal, the dealership ended up rebuilding the engine, in which the dealership originally said we would get a crate motor. 2 months later, picked up car with a bad idke issue, the service manager, who was not professional at all, said, drive it we ran some carbon cleaner thru it, on a rebuilt motor? Ok, Izzy stayed up to date with me thru the whole process as he said he would, drove the car back 2 months later for the idle issue, they installed a harmonic balancer, still no fix, they installed a new torque converter, still no go. They went back into the motor, came back and said it needed to be replaced and installed a new crate motor, I know this sounds horrible, but my point is Izzy kept in close contact with me thru the process, now with the new motor, this car drives better than it ever did, I am extremely happy with my service writer, came in today for my first oil change with the new crate motor, found our Izzy is no longer here, I am disappointed to hear this. I will say Darcars took care of the situation and made the warranty process easy for us, even though there were several steps, even providing my wife with a rental car, I will come back here for all our service needs. I must add, that their oil changes are cheaper than Juffy Lube, who does all my 5 car oil changes, I got 2 oil changes for the price of one at Jiffy Lube, thanks Dodge, for being a people's company!! He arranged for a loaner car, and we were on our way. The car was ready to pick up the next day hundred percent fixed! Great staff More

My husband and I both called and our Service guy Bobby told us that this was a coincidence And that we would have to pay them a $114 diagnostic fee just for them to look at it. We told them something had to of happened when they were working on the passenger side. He told me they would not look at it unless we paid them the money. My husband took it apart and low and behold their technician dropped a screw into the fan. I would not recommend using their service department for anything. We will never be going back there!!! More

The guys working in the garage have consistently diagnosed and repaired my vehicles. I particularly like that a shuttle ( thank you James for being courteous and professional driver) is available and also that Enterprise Rental is conveniently located to the dealership. When my car will be in the shop for longer than I can stick around to wait I like having the option to shuttle or rent at hand easily. I hope to always receive this level of service. More
I took my 08 Viper in for some problems. Dash duct rattle, power window problem, and TPMS light on. They fixed the window and the rattle. Ordered and replaced TPMS module. I called and was told the car was closed up and appeared to be ready to go. When I arrived I was told it was ready and then told it wasn't ready. Still a TPMS issue. The tech said let's go for a ride and see if the rattle was gone. AT that point I noticed the gas guage was on dead empty. When I dropped it off it had just over 1/4 tank of gas. A check of the speedometer indicated they had test drove the car 13 miles. How do you burn up 4 gallons of gas in 13 miles? I posed that question to the service manager and he said "I don't know what kind of mileage that car gets". I said I think they drove the crap out of the car. He said " I don't know that". He said they would replace the gas. They kept the car that Friday to work on the TPMS. That night I got a message from the service writer that they had a call in to Chrysler about the TPMS issue and I could leave the car or come get it. When I arrived to pick up the car it was dirty and still on dead empty. Service manager said he would send someone with a can, get some gas, and put it in the car. I had things to do so I left and got my own gas. After waiting a week and a half to find out what Chrysler wanted to do about the TPMS, I called yesterday morning to inquire. The service writer said he would call right back. He never did. I contacted Chrysler corporate to complain and finally got a response. If you have a performance car, don't let them drive it without being present. More
I went in to have my oil change done on my car. I have always used Chrysler Dealers throughout the area for all of my service. This was the first and last time I will ever consider this company. I had picked up the wrong coupon that gets sent out from Chrysler on a regular basis. The service writer said he had one he would let me use. This is the usual service that I do experience at any of the dealers thus far. However, after my car was completed the price instead of being the 17.95 plus taxes, had additional costs including misc. charges for shop supplies. I have never paid these additional charges for an oil change at Jax CJD, or any of the other Chrysler dealers. When I called the Service Manager he had an I don't care attitude. Even Chrysler Corporate called and he had the same attitude with them. The rep at Chrysler was quite surprised when we got off the call with the Service Manager at Orange Park, CJD. My advise is that if good caring customer service is not important to you, as well as ethical pricing then use them. If not then go anywhere else and you should not experience as poor service as you will from Orange Park CJD. More
