The dealership was clean and inviting. My service personnel took great care of me and my vehicle. I will continue to go there for service and tell others. My service personnel took great care of me and my vehicle. I will continue to go there for service and tell others. More

I brought my van in for an oil change and rear brake service. About five days after picking it up, I started receiving multiple system errors on the dashboard including ABS needing service, traction con service. About five days after picking it up, I started receiving multiple system errors on the dashboard including ABS needing service, traction control needing service, and emergency braking system needing service. These issues did not exist before the service. I returned to the dealership and was told a rear wheel sensor had failed, but that it was just a coincidence and not related to the brake work they performed. I pushed back, since the timing and location of the failure aligned directly with where they had worked. Initially, I was quoted over $400 for the repair. After raising my concerns, the dealership reduced it to $350. I continued to express my dissatisfaction, and ultimately they agreed to cover the cost of the labor, charging me only $70 for the part and completing the repair. I scheduled the repair for a Friday and informed the service supervisor that I would be out of town over the weekend, returning on Tuesday. He assured me the part would arrive Saturday and the vehicle would be ready for pickup Tuesday. When I arrived Tuesday morning, I was told the vehicle was still listed as awaiting parts. After some back and forth, the service advisor confirmed the part had in fact arrived but had not been properly logged or assigned. I waited an additional five hours before the vehicle was finally ready. Separately, I also asked the dealership to diagnose a rattling noise in the front passenger door. They told me it was a loose bolt on the window control panel and charged $250 to fix it. However, the rattle is still present, and the issue remains unresolved. Overall, I am not happy with the service I received. While the dealership eventually reduced the cost of the ABS sensor repair, it required multiple rounds of negotiation and persistence on my part. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and the quality of service did not match the prices charged. I will strongly consider other service options in the future. More
