My wife and I had a great experience at Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We went there with a pre-approval and a very good idea of what we wanted and they never pressured us to do anything different. When I first walked into the dealership I was met by Martin and he took me right to the car my wife and I had found on the internet. Unfortunately that car had been modified a bit (leather tan seats had replaced the black ones that were advertised) but Martin quickly found another one that matched the color we wanted. It was a little higher price but it ended being OK because they honored the affiliate program...which lowered the price enough to get it close to what we had hoped to spend to begin with...and we got a few more bells and whistles. In addition, the finance dept. actually found us a loan that was 1/2% lower than my pre-approval. They made sure we left with a full tank of gas and at the last minute, Martin went and found an accessory for us that we didn't even know existed...a push button for the automatic ignition that he wasn't obligated to get...but it put an exclamation point on the level of service and care we received. I would highly recommend Martin and OP Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

After experiencing the worst service at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I decided to give the company one more chance before selling my van. Gary Tyson met me as I pulled in and was very professional Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I decided to give the company one more chance before selling my van. Gary Tyson met me as I pulled in and was very professional and cordial. He asked me how I was doing and what could he do for me. He offered me a shuttle to my home to make me more comfortable with the work I was having done. I had an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and a GREAT alignment (unlike Jacksonville CJD). I also had 1 out of 2 recommended service steps completed to ensure my family remained safe. The other recommendation could wait until my next visit. I have a recall item to be addressed. I will be choosing Orange Park (even though it's in Jacksonville :-)) CJD for my next service. Down with Jacksonville CJD. Up with Orange Park CJD. Thank you. Also, thanks to Gary for explaining everything in my terms. . .non-mechanic. More

The experience from beginning to end was the best we've EVER encountered!! We have purchased many cars over the last 31 yrs, but none compared to this purchase.
