Great Dealership and Knowable Salesman My encounter with Blake the General Manager was great and he listened to my needs as the customer. I told him what my fiance' and I were in the market for but pretty much whatever I picked out it is what my fiance' would purchase (But I did have a budget). So he introduce me to Mike. All I have to say is Mike was a great knowable salesman. I told him I wanted a Dodge Charger. Mike knew all about this car from the outside to the inside. I told him my son had wrecked my previous car and instantly when we got to the Charger area he started telling me about all the safety features of this car. I thought this was great. I didn't need to know how the radio works--a lot of other dealerships that you go to try to sell you a car by letting you listen to the radio and speakers. I'm sorry the radio and how the speaker sounds is not the deciding factor in buying a car for me. No thanks! Mike gave me the knowledge about all the safety features and what would happen in a worst case scenario in case my love ones or myself are in an accident again i.e. crumple zones, pillow air bags, side air bags and even what the engine would do in a frontal accident. Normally, in buying a car I never use to think about all the safety features but after being in a rear-end collision and still recovering myself I now know the worst case scenario could always happen and safety is the key. I'm probably in my car as much as I am in my house, we make sure our home is protected. So, why not make sure my family is protected driving around. Now to look and feel of the car. Mike took his time and went over each and every feature on the menu screen with me. He had me do it which I like, because if I am buying the car I am going to be the one trying to figure it out anyway. He was patient and professional. He originally showed me a silver 2014 Dodge Charger SE 8 speed. It was nice. But I wanted a black Charger. So, he and Blake searched their inventory and found a Black 2014 Dodge Charger SXT 8 speed chrome rims. I was in love ! Mike listen and he delivered. A little over budget. I called my fiance' when I left the dealership and told him about the 2 cars that Mike showed me. I was happy with both choices and I told him about Mike my salesman and how I wish he was there to meet Mike. Because Mike knew what he was talking about and I was very impress with his knowledge. As for the Charger I really liked the black one and I told my fiance' that as well. On the day that we were buying my car to bring it home. Mike, Blake, my fiance' and everybody working at the dealership on that Sat. was in on knowing that my fiance' got me the Black Dodge Charger. But me. Mike was asking me if I was excited about my new car and I told him I was. He even made it point to grab a silver Charger and drive it around to show me it and said it was going to be detail. After the paperwork was done, Mike offer to walk us out to make sure I knew how to work the features of the car. Even though I saw the black Charger parked next to our other car. I didn't think much of it. Then Mike gave me the key to my new car and said my car was coming soon from around back. But he had another customer who might be interested in the black Charger why don't I take a picture by it. So, I was think oh ok, and stood next to black Charger and then he told me to push the button on the key that I had and then the black Charger started up. Oh my goodness, my fiance' got me the car I wanted and Mike and Blake took the time to help surprise me. And other staff members came out to watch my surprised. Mike even recorded this on his cell phone. I watch it from time to time it's really funny on how clueless I was and my happy dance after I realize My fiance' bought the car I want. We are so happy with the price and service that we have them looking for a car for our teenagers. This dealership is great because you have people who care that works here! More

As in the previous experience when we bought a brand new challenger and town and country, he was easy to work with and got us an incredible deal. This time we purchased a basic jeep patriot and he was instrumental in securing an unbelievable price. Customer service is incredible. Drove by two other Dodge dealers in Jacksonville to get there. Will use again, hopefully when the Hellcat comes out! More
Best car buying experience we have EVER had! About 2 months ago, my fairly new car (less than a year old) was totaled in a wreck. I started researching vehicles that were great with safety features and came across the 2014 Dart, which was a top safety pick. So over the last month and a half, I have been in contact with multiple Dodge dealerships on the east coast, and to be quite honest - having several BAD experiences with another local Jacksonville dodge dealership, and one near Orlando that down right lied to me. Admittedly I contacted dealerships due to who had the lowest listed price online, which usually always ended up being the wrong price because they would incorporate every rebate incentive into their online price, but in reality almost nobody would qualify for even half of them. There always seemed to be a "catch". I was all but ready to give up on buying a Dart (or even a Dodge in general) when we were told to check out Orange Park CJD and contact Blake. We called them, and instead of getting the typical dealership beating around the bush, pressuring me to come in, fast-talking style so many consumers dislike - he listened to our wants and needs and gave us a quote instantly that beat anyone else we had contacted! We were thrilled for many reasons, not only because we thought the price was great, but because of how it was handled - like we were human rather than just another deal like so many other dealers. The next day we went to the dealership about an hour after opening, Fred (the salesman) met us promptly and already knew we were coming. The car was already being washed and detailed, and he had also went and filled up the tank. Blake had also introduced himself to us, which we liked as it showed they were not simply putting us to the side but genuinely were showing great, polite customer service. We took a quick test drive with Fred just so we could drive what we were buying, and then we got started on finalizing the deal! We had had a prior experience a few weeks before in which another dealership gave us a price over the phone, then tried to switch it when we got there - so you can imagine our happiness when they tried NOTHING of the sorts. He gave us the price Blake had quoted us at the day prior, and we started the paperwork! Fred was super thorough in explaining all of the paperwork and everything about the car - he literally went through seemingly every part of the car to ensure we would leave with no questions asked. He is a great guy and a great salesman! We ventured in to financing (a part most people USUALLY don't like), and to our pleasant surprise were greeted by a very personable guy named Thomas. I have never thought possible financing could be a happy experience, but with him it was. He greeted and treated us like friends, and like everybody else we dealt with here, went over everything in detail and assured us that everything was correct by answering all questions and never once acting even the slightest bit rude like many financing people. I can personally say it is very seldom, if not impossible, to find such an all around great dealership experience! We have owned several new cars, and though I am not generally the biggest fan of Dodge - this dealership has made my opinion change, as well as won me over in the future for possibly buying another car, and for service as well. They do everything to make the experience a great one! Their dealership isn't so huge you feel overlooked or lost, but it isn't small and dirty feeling either. It's a relaxed environment that feels almost like an extension of your home than a place to make a transaction. I would happily recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a car, and would personally like to give my thanks and recommendations to Fred (sales), Blake (GM of sales), and Thomas in financing! Thanks for making my car buying experience an AWESOME one! More
Horrible experience! Left sick to my stomach We walked into this dealership because we found a car online that was what we were looking for and was priced nicely. Used car sales manager agreed to We walked into this dealership because we found a car online that was what we were looking for and was priced nicely. Used car sales manager agreed to give us 14500 for our trade and 28500 price on the car. Well at least we thought when the salesman we were working with took our offer up to him and he okayed it until we went to print the buyers order and realized our trade and money down was not on it and at this time I inform the salesman and the finance manager that the 10 K we are putting down would need to wait a few days until it clears the bank. Everyone says no big deal we hold checks all the time....so salesman goes back up to sales manager to let him know buyers order is wrong and then he backs out of his agreement on paper. Our salesman comes back to us and says I'm sorry guys but I quit because the sales manager is acting like he never knew about our trade??? So in the commotion we leave the dealership confused and upset. We end up calling the dealership that night to try to settle our deal because we want the car. They don't have any paperwork that we filled out or anything that we did for the past two days. Keep in mind we already had our financing and everything. So we come back to dealership and re fill out paperwork and get a buyers order and then they tell us we can't let you have the car until we have the 10K. So at this point I've spent almost 12 accumulative hours at this dealership with nobody communicating with eachother...and an obvious discontent between this one sales manager and everyone else in the dealership. We ask for the Gm and who do we get but that guy who basically shook his head said the salesman was wrong and no apologies and literally handed out check for 10K back to us. I have never been treated that way at any customer service establishment ect. So how bad do you want that car? Bad enough to deal with the worst sales manager I have ever met. Not only does he lack interpersonal skills he obviously lacks team building and management skills as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. No appreciation to it's customers and I will make sure CJD is informed. I couldn't put everything that we felt in this review. Just know the rest was also bad. More

Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge has provided exceptional service to my vehicles. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Shawn has provided me with accurate estimates, part prices and labor service to my vehicles. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Shawn has provided me with accurate estimates, part prices and labor and the services/product/parts needed are clearly explained. The guys working in the garage have consistently diagnosed and repaired my vehicles. I particularly like that a shuttle ( thank you James for being courteous and professional driver) is available and also that Enterprise Rental is conveniently located to the dealership. When my car will be in the shop for longer than I can stick around to wait I like having the option to shuttle or rent at hand easily. I hope to always receive this level of service. More

I have to say that when we walked into this dealership it was inviting, people friendly and employees knowledgeable. But this is deceiving if you're not paying attention. We walked in to trade-in our 2010 was inviting, people friendly and employees knowledgeable. But this is deceiving if you're not paying attention. We walked in to trade-in our 2010 300 Chrysler and found something we liked. So on June 1, 2013 a contract was done with a payoff of $21,700.00+ (don't have exact amount in front of me). We walked out of the dealership happy as clams in the ocean. 5 months later we get a certified letter in the mail stating we owe over $1,000.00+ because the payoff amount they sent was more than what the actually payoff was. Of course total anger and frustration occurred. We found out by the finance company we financed our trade-in that Orange Park Dodge called the day of the transaction to receive a payoff amount of $21,700.00 then waited and called again 7/3/13(1-month later) to get a different payoff at $21,900.00+. 5 months later a certified letter dated October 16, 2013 was sent to our home demanding we pay the remaining balance. After calling the trade-in finance company, they gave us a copy of the payoff check but it was dated June 11, 2013 but they didn't get the check until June 28, 2013. This way after the 10-day processing time of the payoff which after looking at the transaction of the trade-in, there were substantial fees applied due to late fees which had nothing to do with us because of their administrative issues. Within the two weeks we had the new car, we continued to call to make sure that the contract was okay because we didn't receive any notice from them. We found out that before the inked dried on the contract, our trade-in was sold. We have sought out an attorney to fight this issue, because what we found was that the late fees and the interest of the trade-in loan were waived when brought down the actual payoff to $20,000+. If those fees were waived because the loan was satisfied earlier then there should've been a check cut and sent to Orange Park to satisfy any fees we owe to them or it should've been cut made payable to us. Orange Park Dealership had an ex-police officer who works for them at a different location to call us to try and get the money, but the questions have been asked "why did it take 5 months for them to notify us of the change?", also, "if the payoff was giving on 6/1/13 why did it take Orange Park 28 days to send the check and then try to back date the check to 6/11/13?" Someone or a group of people are practicing bad business and when the xxxx hits the fan, it won't be just for the amount they are trying to get from us, it will be for harassment and fraud. I took my 08 Viper in for some problems. Dash duct rattle, power window problem, and TPMS light on. They fixed the window and the rattle. Ordered and replaced TPMS module. I called and was told the ca rattle, power window problem, and TPMS light on. They fixed the window and the rattle. Ordered and replaced TPMS module. I called and was told the car was closed up and appeared to be ready to go. When I arrived I was told it was ready and then told it wasn't ready. Still a TPMS issue. The tech said let's go for a ride and see if the rattle was gone. AT that point I noticed the gas guage was on dead empty. When I dropped it off it had just over 1/4 tank of gas. A check of the speedometer indicated they had test drove the car 13 miles. How do you burn up 4 gallons of gas in 13 miles? I posed that question to the service manager and he said "I don't know what kind of mileage that car gets". I said I think they drove the crap out of the car. He said " I don't know that". He said they would replace the gas. They kept the car that Friday to work on the TPMS. That night I got a message from the service writer that they had a call in to Chrysler about the TPMS issue and I could leave the car or come get it. When I arrived to pick up the car it was dirty and still on dead empty. Service manager said he would send someone with a can, get some gas, and put it in the car. I had things to do so I left and got my own gas. After waiting a week and a half to find out what Chrysler wanted to do about the TPMS, I called yesterday morning to inquire. The service writer said he would call right back. He never did. I contacted Chrysler corporate to complain and finally got a response. If you have a performance car, don't let them drive it without being present. More
