Recall for airbags on 300 We took our Chrysler 300 into their service department over the weekend to have the airbag recall fixed and when we picked it back on Monday the air c We took our Chrysler 300 into their service department over the weekend to have the airbag recall fixed and when we picked it back on Monday the air conditioner fan was making an awful sound (which it was not doing this when we dropped it off). My husband and I both called and our Service guy Bobby told us that this was a coincidence And that we would have to pay them a $114 diagnostic fee just for them to look at it. We told them something had to of happened when they were working on the passenger side. He told me they would not look at it unless we paid them the money. My husband took it apart and low and behold their technician dropped a screw into the fan. I would not recommend using their service department for anything. We will never be going back there!!! More

Worst Dealership in Town let me start by saying this was the worst experience i've ever experience in a car dealership, i was buying a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we did all the numbe let me start by saying this was the worst experience i've ever experience in a car dealership, i was buying a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we did all the numbers and they were not where i wanted them to be but the difference was minimum, so i was still willing to take the car. they submitted my paperwork to run the credit(keep in mind my credid score is in the Mid 700's). they took about an hour to give me an answer, stating that they were waiting on the bank to approved. 1hr later they came back with different numbers than what we had spoken about(but my loan was approved), the price of the car had increase, the monthly payment had change, they answer was that the manager had a made a mistake in the previous numbers. all this after they had already run my credit. the sales manager didnt came out to apologize for the error neither did he owe to the error. they didnt even offer to pay at least for the gas since i drove across town twice, i spent 4hrs in there wasted half day of work. worst people to do business with. Gap return I purchased a new ram 1500 later traded it in.
