The service completed on my vehicle was good and I use DARCARS Orange Park regularly for service and maintenance and the service representatives are courteous and easy to work with. The only issue is that they need to communicate better with the customer if there is a delay in repairing the vehicle. Most customers will understand a delay waiting for parts but the service rep needs to let them know and not leave the customer wondering without any information. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, I called on Wednesday for an update, I called back on Thursday and left a message for an update, and then heard nothing until the following Monday to let me know it was ready for pickup. DARCARS needs to teach the Service Reps that communication is the key in customer service and in keeping customers happy and lack of communication makes customers feel ignored and angry. More
