I will never go back here to buy a car because they are lairs. I brought a 2003 Volkswagen new beetle and the glove box was broken and they claimed that they would fix it. So I called every day and Floras or whatever his name is wouldn't get on the phone. So after three months of getting the car I sold it and brought a 2010 vw new beetle from Frederick Nissan who had they best customer service. Don't get me wrong Floras is a nice person but he is full of crap when it comes to business. More
My car is less than a year old, and these lights came on that indicated I had tire problems or other operational issues. It was pretty scary. I called Ali from work because this was the closest Nissan servi that indicated I had tire problems or other operational issues. It was pretty scary. I called Ali from work because this was the closest Nissan service place. He immediately told me to come in after work. I wound up leaving the car for a complete check and getting an Enterprise rental. It turned out that nothing was wrong, and it all had to do with someone else not setting those emergency lights correctly. Ali kept in touch every step of the way to tell me they were making sure it was ok. And then he washed it. I believe he HAND washed it. I had some strange goopy stuff stuck to parts of the car, and he removed it. After all this, I returned the next day and there was no charge. Not for the rental, or their time. I was just floored. The service here is exceptional. I've never seen ANYTHING like it. I'll be back for sure. - Lena Etzkin More

The service representatives are professional, great listeners, and very attentive in resolving your concerns and/or problems. During each of my experiences I was well taken care of and recommend the service department without hesitation. From the start to the end of my visit customer service was at it's best! Whether you are a seasoned car snob, a mechanic's critic or a newbie to the car world- you will leave this dealership feeling confident and self-assured that you were in good hands. I brought my car in for servicing. The inspection revealed that I needed new fron brake pads and rotor. He called me and said it wasn't in stock, that he had to order it. I gave him the okay to order revealed that I needed new fron brake pads and rotor. He called me and said it wasn't in stock, that he had to order it. I gave him the okay to order. So I went in to pick up my car expecting that I had to reschedule to get the brakes put in and worry about how I'm going to schedule it into my busy week. Ali told me it was done, then I asked " are you talking about the brakes?" He said "yes." I was shocked, he told me that although the didnt have the part, he placed a call to other dealers in the area to see if they had the part and they did. So he got it taken care of on the same visit as my service visit. And I believe that he went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of ASAP. In addition, upon leaving I requested that if it would be possible to vacuum and wash my car and he personally took care of it. Ali is a great service advisor :) Morinatu Adeniyi More

During my last oil change I was told I had to have my front brakes replaced in addition to my two front tires. I knew I'd have to replace my tires but I was really thrown with the brake job and was scare front brakes replaced in addition to my two front tires. I knew I'd have to replace my tires but I was really thrown with the brake job and was scared of the price. I normally work with Zack and he's terrific -- he makes sure I get the service I need, answers all my questions, he's extraordinarily kind, patient, and good at explaining everything. This time I went through Ali and he too is very special. He explained everything thoroughly, calmed my fears and made sure I got the best price. I'm so grateful to Ali for his consideration and kindness. He even procured a rental for me as they needed to keep my car the entire day, and paid for it! John Martinez did the auto work and he was amazing! He explained everything that I needed and took time away from his job to talk me through what I needed and he also calmed me down and said it'd be ok. John, Ali and Zack will continue to be the model for what I expect from an exceptional car dealer and I look forward to working with them in future. I can't say enough good things about these three employees - they're the best of the best and I hope Darcars Nissan acknowledges them for their awesome customer service!!! More
