My salesman, Jose Guerra, was excellent. We were looking to purchase the NX450h+ plug-in hybrid. They are in short supply, and I thought we would;d be waiting months given the short supply and the fact that the dealerships do not keep a central waiting list; each customer is somewhat dependent upon the salesperson reacting quickly when an allotment comes in. To my great surprise and delight, the dealership got an allotment just three days after I spoke with Jose, and he sickly contacted me. We were able to get the car within a month of my first contact with the dealership, with the colors and features we wanted. Throughout the process, including through delivery and follow-up after delivery, Jose has been responsive to all requests, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Admittedly, this was an easy sale/transaction for the dealership (not a whole lot of negotiating on these cars in this market at this time), but I had many questions pertaining to the features of the car, the electric motors, tax credits, etc., and Jose was a pleasure to deal with throughout. More

Many questions were answered & we were guided to our salesman Ali Golestani who was beyond knowledgeable of his product & very professional. He spent much time helping our son & we felt absolutely no pressure in the decision making! We were very impressed with his demeanor & eagerness to have our son as a Potential first time buyer !
