They excel in the old bait and switch. NOT ONE ISSUE on the sales or finance terms were solid. They always came back with a worse price for the car, trade-in or interest rate... After having visited the unprofessional, unfriendly Westport dealership, this dealership seemed like a savior, figuratively speaking. Then he accompanied me on test drives on all of those vehicles, and explained to me all the features that were there. In CONTRAST to the Westport dealership, this guy was explaining to me in great detail exactly why the vehicles which I test drove were recalled and what Toyota Motor Corp. has done to fix those recalls. After the test drives, even though it was closing time, he gave me quotes on all of the vehicles which I test-drove. He spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions. Overall, this was a great experience. More

I gotta say up front all seems ok. They talk about great customer service and how the customer and product represent them, etc. They failed huge on the morality and integrity barometers!!! They lied as well failed on full disclosure. They contradicted themselves on so many levels. This was the total opposite of what you would expect from a high end venue with high end product. I would expect this shady service from a Chevy dealer not Lexus. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH GREENWICH and MT. KISCO LEXUS... There service, integrity and honesty have alot to be desired from the sales people right up to management. Its just sleeze better dressed with better product. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! He commended me on being so efficient and worked with all the info I gave him. I walked out of there stress-free and had chosen the exact car that I wanted(Lexus IS) at a price that I didn’t even think I would be able to get. So surprised when I saw the last review as my experience was great. I have owned quite a few Lexus cars but this was my first visit to Lexus of Greenwich. My sales person handled the entire deal completely straight forward. We did negotiation the pricing a little but that is expect. Got the my car and completed all paperwork a shy of three hours. More
