Awful This was my first visit to the service center as this is my first Lexus and I had a very unpleasant experience It is very unclear where you are sup This was my first visit to the service center as this is my first Lexus and I had a very unpleasant experience It is very unclear where you are supposed to leave your car and when they make the appointment they do not explain where to go. My appointment was at 9:30 and I had told them ahead of time on the phone when booking my appointment that I needed a shuttle to get to work. I waited over an hour for them to even enter my car In the system and then they proceeded to asked me if I was waiting for it when I specifically mentioned I needed a shuttle to get to work. It did not seem as if there was any sense of urgency to get my issue resolved and to get me to work on time. There was a gentleman named David (I think) who was the only person who tried to help once we figured out the situation and also Damien Unther (sp?) who got me to and from work. I only wish they had more loaner cars I called and they took me immediately. Both my wife and me have Lexus' from your dealership for over 25 years. Quick tire replacement My tire was low in tire pressure and Lexus of Englewood promptly identified the issue and replaced the tire instead of having it patched.
