Bad Experience My first "live" experience with the Service Center was not a good one. (I have previously done service by having them pick my car up for the day. Th My first "live" experience with the Service Center was not a good one. (I have previously done service by having them pick my car up for the day. This time I chose to schedule an appointment and wait for it. My appointment, for regular service, was at 3:00 - I arrived at 2:50. My car was taken when I arrived and I was told that the service would take between an hour and an hour and a half. I asked if they could get it done as quickly as possible as I had a appointment afterwards. At 4:40 I asked the status of my car and found that it had not been touched to that point. The Service Consultant apologized - said he didn't know what had happened. He said that he would get the work done immediately. As I was leaving I asked the Service Consultant to have the Manager of service call me the next day (Friday) and explain what had happened and how it could happen that my car was there for almost 2 hours and nothing was done to it.. No call on Friday. I called Friday afternoon - and left a voice mail. I finally received a call at mid-day on Monday. The Manager apologized and said something about new computer system - and acknowledged that that was not an excuse. More

Service review. It took over 45 minutes to drop off my car and get a loaner for a routine 10,000 mike oil change. I sat for 25 minutes before I was helped. It took the service advisor extra time to manipulate the computer system to process my car. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my loaner car after I was told it was ready and waiting for me. I was late for a follow up appointment due this very substandard customer service. More

Won’t be going back. More
