Excellent service - above and beyond We have been bringing our cars here for service for over 10 years. We have never had a problem or issue with the service or any of the staff. I joki We have been bringing our cars here for service for over 10 years. We have never had a problem or issue with the service or any of the staff. I jokingly told my husband the employees must have to pass a "nice to customers" test to work here. Our service writer, Joel Veriguete, goes above and beyond. Last week I brought my car in at the end of the day without an appointment because I was having issues with starting it. Didn't know if it was battery/alternator or what but was afraid to shut the car off concerned it might not start the next day. He could not have been nicer. Took us right in and was, as usual, professional, polite and always smiling. Thank you Joel. More

Unnecessary I leased a new car and found scratches on it. The body shop was good about taking care of it and I was given a loaner car but every time I got the cal I leased a new car and found scratches on it. The body shop was good about taking care of it and I was given a loaner car but every time I got the call back there was new damage. This went on at least 3 times. My brand new car was in the shop for almost a month. The service department was very nice but I should not have had to go through that with a new car. When I called to complain to the dealership the manager would not return my calls, they were sure to call when they were trying to work out a deal to get my business. More

From sales with Mr D and Chris V and Steve Qin onto service with Bobby G and Peter Faltraco is rewarding. As for service all my needs were always met with Peter ans Bobby G. and followup was always done.
