Went in for a quick bulb change. No update. Went in to change the light bulb on my head light. Was told an hour or an hour and a half. I said ok and I would wait. Almost 3 hours later with no up Went in to change the light bulb on my head light. Was told an hour or an hour and a half. I said ok and I would wait. Almost 3 hours later with no update I went to check as it was close to 12 noon. I was told ok it is ready. Paid and the Paperwork said it was ready about an hour and a half earlier? If true then Nobody told me it was ready and I was there wasting my time. I find myself consistently waiting longer and quite frankly it is frustrating. Also a couple hundred bucks to change a light bulb should be adjusted for long term customers. Seems unfair. More
