Joel is a awesome service advisor. He is consistently truthful and upfront with you about any and all issues with your Lexus. He makes it seem like my Lexus IS the only car he is addressing when I’m th truthful and upfront with you about any and all issues with your Lexus. He has been mine for over 5 years- instilling in me the confidence in him that I went out and purchased a 2 door sports coup to go along with my RX - knowing full well when and if the time comes that my sports coup needs service ( (we don’t put many miles on it) it would receive the best service possible at Lexus of Engelwood He is great in keeping in touch ( if I should leave him a message I know that he will always get back to me the same day, usually within an hour’s time). Holy cow! I owned a sienna for years, for all the obvious reasons.,i stepped up to a 2013 Lexus rx350. Boy was it nice! But more importantly, the service manager Juan Rodriguez was a dream come true.
