Worst dealer ever, she did not help me at all with any of my issues. I have full insurance coverage for my tires and one of my tires was constantly losing air. I asked her kindly to please replace it but thi my issues. I have full insurance coverage for my tires and one of my tires was constantly losing air. I asked her kindly to please replace it but this Kristina character kept on finding excuses and blaming it on the weather. I told her that is out of the case and that I have to put air in my tire every week because the my onboard system shows me only that Tire is constantly losing air. She refused to help and denied me to speak to a mechanic about this issue. I was so frustrated because of her disrespectful and mean behavior that I left right away and booked an appointment at Manhattan the next day. They changed my tire without hesitance and the slightest objection. I am never going back to Little Falls Dealership because of this inept and disreputable person. More
