I'm not sure how you can help when I am told to eat the cost. I have requested several times to the 2 people I am dealing with to communicate via email but they calling my cell phone and now my work phone. I am very upset with this and do not wish to speak to anyone at that dealership to try to talking in to anything as it has already created numerous "misunderstanding".
