Excellent service area. Mike ramos my service consultant who handles all my cars maintenance and problems is the best.(10 Stars).He is very knowledgeable in knowing about my 2009 ES 350 lexus. It was my first time buying a certified pre-owned car and I was concerned about mileage and the appearance of the car. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I traded in my 2008 RX350 because I wanted a smaller car. I wanted the IS250, however, I was not excited about the drive. I wanted a different car. Michael Max was very accommodating and I got a beautiful, clean, pre-owned 2008 ES350. The car looks brand-new. The transaction was easy and I am pleased with my car. More

I just purchased Lexus ES 350 at Lexus of Englewood and was very pleasantly surprised by the highest level of service I got from Bob Pellecchia. As usual, great service, easy to schedule appt, luxorious loaner. I scheduled tire rotation, wiper replacement,oil, a/c checkup. I visited Lexus of Englewood on April 9, 2011 to ask about my options since my lease was ending on July 17, 2011 with my 2008 IS. At the time of the visit my sales person advised that I am getting an “u about my options since my lease was ending on July 17, 2011 with my 2008 IS. At the time of the visit my sales person advised that I am getting an “unbelievable deal” for a trade in for the new 2011 IS. He has advised that the car would be upgraded, damages on the 2008 IS would be waived and the remainder of the lease payments would be paid by the dealership. With this agreement I had trade in the 2008 IS to 2011 IS. The sales person specifically asked how I paid the lease payment and I stated that it get automatically deducted from my bank account every 15th of the month and obviously payment for April payment is not yet paid. He told me to cancel the automatic payment asap and even sent me an follow up email to make sure the automatic payment is cancelled on the same afternoon. After the due date for the April payment (04/17/2011) I have received massive phone calls and mails for the non-payment. I have reached out to the sales person, once by phone, second via email, he indicated that the payments were made and it may take some time to update the system and not to worry about it. I received a call yesterday, July 12, 2011, from the sales person saying that he thought I had 2 payments left and that was how he documented on the papers and told me that I had to pay one month of the lease payment myself even if I didn’t have the possession of car. I find this very unfair and offended that I have to pay for someone else’s mistake and very disappointed with how the dealership, selling luxury cars, is handling this situations. They have lost one of their loyal customer. More
