Probably the BEST experience we've ever had in purchasing a new vehicle (and we've bought MANY)!! Our salesman, Jim LaCapra, is the best. He didn't pressure us at all, but he went out of his way to find a way to give us what we wanted. Everyone in our household is thrilled with our beautiful new LEXUS. We were then placed in the very capable hands of Bob (financial services) who got us through the financing aspect of the transaction with hardly a whimper and many laughs. Looked at an RX350 advertised by this dealer on cars.com. very clearly mentioned that it was a Lexus certified. Called the sales, was shocked to know that I had to pay couple thousands extra to get it certif very clearly mentioned that it was a Lexus certified. They said that the advertised price was without certification, even though the posting on the website clearly mentioned that it included certification. I checked the website even today, 2 days later, and the listing remains the same. Thought I would see such false listings from non-reputed dealers, but not from a reputed lexus dealer. More

I have had my Lexus serviced at Englewood Lexus for 8 years and have been very happy. I deal with one service consultant who is very knowledgeable and professional, Peter Arriola. In all these years of service only once or twice was there a minor problem after I got the car back and Peter brought the car right in to correct the problem. I will continue to have my car serviced by Lexus of Englewood. Also, when work is being done I receive a loaner at no cost and since I work and depend on my car, that is a very important issue for me. More
