I entered the dealership and I was welcomed by the Valet & they were so accomodating about parking my car. They showed me the way to the receptionist who set me up with Andrea to possibly lease a new lexus & they were so accomodating about parking my car. When I finally decided to purchase is it that same afternoon, I met with Mitch who helped me seal the deal. The following day I came in to pick up my car and Andrea came in on her day off to finish all the last minute paper work. I met with Bob the finacial director and he was a pleasure to speak to. Last but not least, Steven showed me all the technical aspects of the car, installed my contacts, ipod etc. Overall, I had a great experince and I would recommend getting a Lexus at Englewood!
