Probably the BEST experience we've ever had in purchasing a new vehicle (and we've bought MANY)!! Our salesman, Jim LaCapra, is the best. He didn't pressure us at all, but he went out of his way to find a way to give us what we wanted. Everyone in our household is thrilled with our beautiful new LEXUS. We were then placed in the very capable hands of Bob (financial services) who got us through the financing aspect of the transaction with hardly a whimper and many laughs. And last, but not least, there is Juan.
