I went shopping at three Lexus dealerships when buying my new ES350 and Lexus of Englewood treated me the best by far. Everyone from the Receptionist, my Sales rep, Sales Manager and Financial Service rep we new ES350 and Lexus of Englewood treated me the best by far. Everyone from the Receptionist, my Sales rep, Sales Manager and Financial Service rep were fantastic and very easy to make this deal with. There was no pressure into purchasing the car on the spot like at the other two dealerships. Alton was great! Alton showed me all the available colors they had in person in their lot and went over every technical gadget the car had. He worked with me getting my monthly payment just where I wanted it. Alton was never pressuring and is sincerely a great guy. Patrick Genova came over during the deal and he was super nice. Never once was he pressuring to close the deal or trying to force me to leave with the car that night like most Sales Managers do after speaking with the Sales Reps. They both made sure I was not only comfortable with the deal but that I was completely happy and satisfied with my new car choice and color. Bob Pellecchia was the Financial Service rep and was also a great guy who helped the deal go as smoothly as possible. After all the paperwork was completed they had a service tech sit in the car with me and setup everything! Every setting and detail you could imagine. I would have never figured that all out on my own or from reading the book, who has the time? I will never go to another dealership every again. Besides rolling out a red carpet when I got there, I was treated like I was more than just another sale to them. I was treated with respect and treated more than fairly. I definitely give this dealership the highest rating possible!!! More
