The service representatives are always friendly and courteous . I love Grace at the check out desk. She is always very cheerful and kind. She makes my experience very pleasurable. Joe was extremely knowledgeable about all of the little differences between different packages for the ES I was intereste in my new Es the same day. Courteous and friendly, with no pressure, Joe guided my consideration in balancing the nuanced differences of features available on the limited touring edition I really wanted (I really wanted the special saddle interior)and the premium luxury packages available on other models in which the interior I wanted was not available. My wife and I were so impressed with the dealership, the stock and the deals, we actually bought two cars that day, the ES for me and my wife looks forward to picking up her new RX-350 this Thursday.
