BUYER BEWARE!! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR PRE-OWNED DIVISION! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The red flags were very visible and obvious, but we decided to g WARNING!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR PRE-OWNED DIVISION! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The red flags were very visible and obvious, but we decided to go through the motions anyway. Here are the red flags: 1) Location of the pre-owned dealership was in an industrial park type area. Very odd location for a dealership. 2) Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. When we said we were looking for Mike, she told us "Hear's a tip, don't ever call him Mike, he hates that, call him Michael."... xxx.. last time I checked, I don't work for Mike/Michael and I could care less what he hates. He is there to serve me. He's not doing me a favor. That was a turn-off. 3) Sat down with Mike/Michael who was quite pleasant (much older gentleman). While we are sitting at his desk, the younger sales guy in the next cubicle next to him was wearing a surgical mask (germaphobe) and started burping loudly with us sitting right next to him. That was the weirdest thing I ever saw from a customer facing environment. 4) We mentioned we were interested in an SUV we saw online. Come to find out one of their people was driving around in the car they have advertised for sale. Not only was this person's personal belongings in the car when we looked at it, but she was SMOKING in the car!!!! The car reeked of smoke. It also had cigarette ash marks around the headliner. 5) In addition to the usage and smoking issues above, the car was over 1k miles over what they advertised. They didn't even apologize for this or offer a discount for the usage and smell. 6) Then they tell us that for having the car L-certified they have to add an additional 1750 to the car's cost. This is the first time I have heard of such a thing. If that is the case, then it should be included in the advertised price. Ultimately, the car total cost was about 3k more than advertised. 7) Finally (and the last straw) was when their "finance manager" came over and told us that the "best" they could do for us was $850/mo for 75 months!!!! Keep in mind this was a used car that was advertised for about 39-40k. 8) It turns out that the credit they pulled from me showed it came from Autoland. The pre-owned division of Lexus of Englewood isn't even owned by lexus of englewood. Autoland (a crappy used car dealer) is running the show there. Needless to say we walked out of that dealership and went to Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont. This dealership gave us a deal on the same model car/price for 550/mo for 36 months. Any untrue story about "well because of your credit....." is just a lie. There are other dealers that will work with you to get the right numbers. This place is just a regular used car with a Lexus name over it. They function and act just like a regular used lot around the corner. Not Lexus quality or service. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because Michael was nice with us unfortunately, he is in a place with sharks around. Buyer Beware... walk out before it's too late. More

I have been purchasing my Lexus from this location for years and th Michael Maxx, Michael Stella and Joe Kalachian are excellent people to deal with. I have been purchasing my Lexus from this location for years and they always exceed my expectations. They provide EXCELLENT customer care. It does not matter to them if you are a millionaire or burden with college debt. They ALWAYS make the customer feel like they are the most important person in the world. People don't mind spending money in a place where they are made to feel special and Lexus of Englewood does just that. More

Friendly i met Juan Ospina to purchase a vehicle and from my passed experience dealing with dealers this location was the quickest to get things done.I have pu i met Juan Ospina to purchase a vehicle and from my passed experience dealing with dealers this location was the quickest to get things done.I have purchased about 5 cars from different dealers and every single one of them i spent the whole morning,afternoon and evening before i was able to drive off with the new vehicle NOT the case here Juan Opsina and his team worked extremely quick with me i was surprised at how fast i was able to drive off,i've never thought it was possible to get it done so quick.Another big thing with me i hate when i visit a dealer with the car i want set in mind and they start showing other cars around that im not interested in Juan was informed of what i wanted ahead of time and did not once tried to push other cars to me and i thank him for not waisting my time on a tour around cars i had no interest on.I give this dealer 5 stars i just can't think of any reason to take away any stars from the 5 stars i give them cause honestly there wasn't any.Great Job Guys. Although 4 hours away, he kept me posted with updates even while he was out of the office. He responded immediately to any calls I made. I would recommend him to my immediate family and friends who are looking to make a new vehicle purchase. I purchased a certified Lexus ES 300h on 02/08/17 The sales person had broke their 3 of the following promises. 1) The front bumper cover was missing. They had offered to fix it, but it has been over one month and they still haven't given me a bumper cover. 2) The car has lot of small scratches, but they said after buffing and polishing most of them will go away. However, after one wash 90% of them came back. 3) They offer 1.9% APR for 5 years, but last minute they changed it to 2.5% APR and my credit score is rated very good. I called them multiple times to fix my problems but they have not addressed them, so stay away from Lexus of Englewood. More

Not once did i feel pressured at all nor felt like i was being lied to just to make a sale like previous delaers I have delt with in the past. From start to finish Mateo was very friendly and helpful answered all questions no matter how many times i asked. Even after the sale was done he went out of his way to keep in contact with me to make sure everything was ok and i was satisfied. Also was very pleased with the service of the finance manager Angela who was very knowledgable and friendly. Will absolutely recommend and continue to do business with this dealership! More
