AVOID purchasing from this dealership! ! They sold a car out from under me. I was working with Jake Weiss (sales person) and Maureen Guerrero (manager) and we had agreed on a price for a 20 ! They sold a car out from under me. I was working with Jake Weiss (sales person) and Maureen Guerrero (manager) and we had agreed on a price for a 2022 Lexus UX. Jake even had me add the car to my insurance and pay for a certified check from my bank. I offered to put a deposit down on the car as well, but Jake told me in writing that “The car is yours no need to worry.” We had an appointment set for the next day for me to finalize the deal and pick up the car, and less than 2 hours from my pick up time, Jake informed me via text that “unfortunately the car I was interested in was just sold” with no further explanation. It is frankly shocking that any dealership conducts its business in this manner, let alone a Lexus dealership. Given that it was a used car, I’m having trouble finding a good alternative in this market. It’s hard to understate my frustration with my treatment by this dealership. More
