Was promised a vehicle despite their not accepting multiple offers to pay a deposit and down payment over the phone/online, due distance and other time constraints. Obtained proof of car insurance and paid for a cashier's check to purchase vehicle the next day when I could actually come in. DARCARS were aware of this, and salesperson Jake Weiss reassured me: "The car is yours no need to worry, I will see you tomorrow". Few hours before my appointment the next day, they sold the vehicle to someone else. They then tried to sell me a 'similar' car with 3x the mileage and a year older for similar price. This business does not stand by their words. More
