My salesman, Jake, was professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive throughout the process. I was working within a very tight timeframe, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently without any pressure. What really stood out was the transparency and willingness to work with me on pricing. They were open to negotiation, and I felt like I received a genuinely great deal on my vehicle. On top of that, the financing team secured an incredible financing deal for me, which made the overall purchase even better than I expected. I also want to recognize the entire team involved in making this happen, they were all professional, efficient, and supportive throughout the process, ensuring everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Overall, the level of customer service, professionalism, and respect for my time made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Diego assisted me today, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to advise me about my car and clearly explained the services my NX required, which I really appreciated. He also made sure I had a shuttle ride home and arranged my return once the service was completed, which made everything very convenient. To top it off, they even washed my car after the service—such a nice touch! Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding service. More
