The sales and finance team delivered me the car I wanted. The vehicles were ready for me to test, review and the staff was able to answer my gamut of inquires. The extended warranty packages and add on's were explained and it was clear what I had a choice to make on. Ultimately, with buying a used car, I opted for the extended warranty (covers electronics ) without wheel package or maintenance package.(I type this now and with my luck ill drive over spilled nails on the way home) I felt this was best for my limited driving circumstances. I didn't argue the buy and sell rate of my loan since the amount was not substantial and it would have been insignificant. They got me in my car that day and I felt well taken care of. Bravo to management here for having all pieces of the car buying process lined out well and executed timely. We can get money back, we cant get time and this was time well spent. More

This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Our sales guy was wonderful but the management had been awful. The general manager Armin has been rude and the sales manager Paolo just kept tal had. Our sales guy was wonderful but the management had been awful. The general manager Armin has been rude and the sales manager Paolo just kept talking in circles. They had us come sign and pay for the car on Saturday after giving a deposit on Wednesday. It is now the Thursday after and I still don’t have the car. This will be my 4th infinity and I have never experienced such indifference to customer service with my other 3. Used or new should not make a difference. It’s a shame bc along with this used infinity I was also planning to purchase a new qx60 and am going back to the wonderful dealership I had dealt with in the past. I would give Infinity of Greenwich zero stars if I had been able to! More
