When we decided on a model we were interested in he then took us on a test drive. We were sold in the first three minutes. The engine was quick and powerful, the ride quiet and smooth, and the steering agile. After that the paperwork was a breeze. Douglas Daniele was top notch and very low pressure throughout the process. He made what could be a stressful experience into a very positive and relaxing one. When test driving a few of the cars, Jerry, was very knowledgeable of the car and explained to me about them and answered all my questions and then some. He went above and beyond. While test driving, I mentioned that I wanted an automatic starter in my next car and that I would have one installed if the one I was going to buy didn’t have one. Out of the 3 cars I looked at and not knowing that the car I was looking at, had one already installed, he surprised me by starting the car when I was getting ready to drive off the lot. The fact that he didn’t want me to make my decision based on the automatic start shows that he cares about how you make your decision to buy what. There was no pressure to buy one over the other. No pressure at all. It was truly a pleasant, no pressure buy for me! My mother was with me at the time of the purchase and was impressed by the overall service and she is now talking about buying a new car and will be coming to D&C Honda. I was told my car would be in the shop in 15 minutes and that I could wait in the waiting room and I would be called when the car was ready. I waited 1 hour and then asked if my car was ready and was told that I could wait in the waiting room and I would be called when the car was ready. I waited 1 hour and then asked if my car was ready and was told that my car was next to go in the shop, and then it would take still another 1/2 for service. When I complained to the customer service desk they were very nasty. This is not the first time that the customer service department was rude. Another time I brought my car in because a yelow light went on and was told there was nothing wrong with the car. This was even after I complained that the car was not running right.I brought my car then to another Honda dealer and was told I needed a new transmission and it was under waranty. D & C Honda service has gone steadily down hill and when I discuss this with my friends and neighbors they all agree that something is different and not in the good way. More

I had to lease a car since my current lease was about to expire. I read about this dealer in DealerRater and of an excellant sales person named Kristen. Not only that but I had to somehow get my old car back home which is around a 20 minute trip from the dealership. She drove my car back for me without hesitating even though she could have lost some buiness. She also took care of everything with my insurance company and my old car's bank. The business manager was also very friendly and helpful, explaining each paper I signed. Honda does not have any fee when you return a leased vehicle. I definitely recommend this dealership and Kristen. More
