I went to D&C because the lease I had with them was up. My original representative had left the company. Herbie offered to help me. Just what I needed to hear. Ugh! Herbie, got up, made a few calls, and I am the happiest man in the world now. Herbie worked out my overage in miles and also the problems with the bumpers. I was getting all worked up over nothing. Herbie made sure I had copies of everything I signed. He called my insurance company and within five minutes I had the new certificate. Herbie was easy going and very likable. he gave me the impression that he must have done this about a million times, he was knowledgable, skillful, and quick. My overall experience was wonderful. I was actually dreading having to renew my lease. I am very happy with the price, just a few dollars more than my old lease. I can't wait for people to comment on the car and I will not hesitate in saying "Go see Herbie at D&C, here's his card!!!" More

We purchased a great 2007 Pilot for a reasonable price, and have been very happy throughout the process. She showed me the Fit in the showroom, compared it to the Civic, which I was also considering, and I decided to take a test drive in the Fit because I preferred it. The course was varied with hills included so I could get a good sense of the car's ability. When I decided that was the one I would like to purchase, she gave me prices for the Fit Base and Fit Sport and when I decided on the Fit Sport she convinced me to buy it that day, not in a pushy way, by lowering the price just a bit and throwing in a portable GPS. So it was very quick and I was able to pick up my car that same day. So I was very happy. More
