It was my first visit to D&C Honda and I think not the last one. Harry Sangong was my representative and I was impressed by how nice, intellegent and friendly he was. I have owned two used cars from Honda, and now it was my daughter's turn to get a new car as she just received her driver's license. Kristen was honest, personable, and had a good sense of humor. She was able to relate to our family and my daughter's needs, which made the whole experience of shopping for a car seem less pressued. We tested another Honda dealership, but we did not get the same treatment that we did in Tenafly. On our return, we met Herbie, from the minute he greeted us he was friendly. He explained the car in detail, and felt no pressure at all. We in the end got the car we always wanted. Two weeks later, we returned...to get our second car.
