Kristen was knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, and was very helpful assisting me with the set up my lease (i had only financed before so this was my first experience with that). She was very straight forward and genuine and never pushy or aggressive. She has followed up several times since to see if i was happy with the car. Ray, the business manager, was also very helpful and friendly (he helped with the paperwork etc regarding the lease). In addition to this car, we have purchased a car from here in the past and will likely do so again in the future. More
