I have only good things to say about my experience with I have only good things to say about my experience with Honda of Bowie, I made arrangements with one of the salesman the day before to come out and l I have only good things to say about my experience with Honda of Bowie, I made arrangements with one of the salesman the day before to come out and look at a used Jeep Liberty, Upon my arrival I was greeded at the door by I believe another salesman and I told him I was there to see Travis he in turn passed on the information to one of the managers and the manager came right out with someone to help me due to Mr. Jenkins had a personal emergency that morning, But to make a long story short Mr. Jenkins did come in no longer than 15- 20 minutes later after I was set up with another salesman. Mr. Jenkins arrived with a smile on face as the salesman told him whom I was, he appeared to be pleased to see me apologizing for not being here when I arrived. He thanked the other salesman for standing in and he began to talk with me as though we have met before he then shared his emergency with me and then got right down to business, Had I not been told that Travis had and emergency or had he not shared briefly with me what the emergency was I would not have known that he had anything but a good nights sleep and got up ready for his work day. Mr. Jenkins was very professional with me as well as friendly and helped to make my experience of purchasing a car with his company nothing but pleasing inspite of what was going on with himself. I would recommend Honda of Bowie to friends and family and would suggest that they ask for Travis for sales and Patrick M for financing to very pleasant and knowlegable gentelmen.Thanks to Travis and Patrick. This was my first car-buying experience. My husband and I knew that we wanted to trade in our Volvo for a Honda Fit, and Nick helped us get a great deal. This was my second car from Honda of Bowie and each time the service gets better and better. They make the process so easy and carefree. Went to purchase my first car ever! Had researched and test drove Nissan, Toyota, and Honda products. My husband fell in love with the Honda Pilot; I, the Toyota 4Runner. However, the Nissan and Toyota test drove Nissan, Toyota, and Honda products. My husband fell in love with the Honda Pilot; I, the Toyota 4Runner. However, the Nissan and Toyota sales reps. seemed shady and were indifferent to my financial goal. HOB (honda of bowie) sales rep. were very responsive to my goals and my husband was instantly wedded to their no-pressure style- Elliot Bourne. We had several friends that had purchased cars from HOB over the past couple of years, and they highly recommended them. We negotiated a great price; HOB procured our vehicle from another dealer (since our preferred color was not in their inventory) and said that they would eat the costs of the additional accessories that the partner dealership includes on their vehicles. Upon closing, we received a thorough explanation of the features and mechanics of our vehicle. Lastly, we know we got a good deal because I had submitted the final out the door price to 3 other area dealers to match or beat; two said that was a good price and they could not meet or beat it; and the 3rd one did not bother to respond at all!
