I work for the Government and I am currently deployed to Pakistan. I found the vehicle on the internet for 1000+ dollars below bluebook and called the dealership for further details. The salesman I worked with was Patrick Kiger. Patrick not only supplied me with all of the information I needed to make a decision, but arranged financing for me over the internet in less than 30 minutes. Equipped with an approved loan at 2.9% and the exact out-the-door price of the vehicle my wife was able to go to the dealership, test drive the vehicle and puchase it. She was out the door in less than 2 hours and absolutely pleased with the hassle free sale and professionalism of everyone involved in the transaction. This was the best car buying expeirence we have had at any dealership and would recommend it to our friends, coworkers and anyone looking for a solid car at a fair price with exceptional customer service. We absolutley recommend working with our salesman Patrick Kiger, he is a true professional and it was very refreshing working with a salesman who went above and beyond to ensure our expeirence was enjoyable. If you have had bad interactions with car salesmen that treat you like a second class citizen trying to sell you something you really dont really want, call Patrick and you will be pleasantly suprised. James Schneider provided EXCELLENT customer service and sales service. He remained professional at all times. I NEVER felt pressured or hussled into purchasing my Odyssey Touring. He updated me on the delivery status of my vehicle. When you value your customer, then a relationship is created. James created a friendly atomsphere for me and my family. He made the transition and transaction seemless. I was in and out, my trade and purchase occurred within an hour. It took my family longer to clean out my trade. James upheld the expectations and moved beyond those standards. I have already referred him to my family members that are also planning to purchase an Odyssey. Dave Song, I refer to as the "middle man", appraised my car and pretty much asked me to state my desired price. Again Dave created a seemless, non-stressful and relaxing environment. Patrick McCloskey also created an easy and nonstressful environment. When talking money and rates, it can be stressful. The "spilled coffee mug" is a great distraction to ease tension. We did not haggle on price, banks or rates. After getting me the best rate he could that evening, Patrick (of finance) called me the next day offering me a more attractive rate. After the signing, he continued to work to get me a better rate. I've never met a finance person that would work a deal after a deal has been signed. Thanks Bowie of Honda! More

Mr. Jones and the people at Honda of Bowie reflect the highest standards of commercial professionalism. We got straight answers. We were not rushed. We were treated like VIP’s. Mr. Jones got us the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, with the specific accessories we wanted, and even the color we wanted, which was no small task, since our “custom” car had to first be located, then brought in from another dealership, some 50 miles away. My recommendation to friends and neighbors, “don’t waste your time checking out dealerships, go to Honda of Bowie, and ask for Jesse Jones." My report/survey response to the USAA buying service reflects these impressions. More
