The worst I've ever dealt with. Go anywhere else. I never have dealt with such incompetent people. Took me several phone calls just to find out my car was ready 6 hrs. Everyone I speak with said they hate dealing with them. Last time I was there for my jeep I overheard another woman complaining about no returned phone calls, being put on hold for a long time, etc. Same thing I had experienced. Just really is a shame as Ive owned jeeps my whole life and never had such issues with a dealer. In fact this is the first negative review I've ever written, so hopefully that shows how strongly I feel against them. More
I was on a business trip in the DC area when I attempted to stop my jeep's at a stop sigh and my brake pedal went right to the floor. No Brakes!!! I called my dealership and they gave me the number for you to stop my jeep's at a stop sigh and my brake pedal went right to the floor. No Brakes!!! I called my dealership and they gave me the number for your dealership. I spoke to Mr. Huey and he was so nice and helpful. He had the parts on hand and was able to have my jeep fixed right away. Being satisfied with the vehicle purchase and your over all experience. At Dar Cars Jeep on Rockville Pike they were unable to achieve any of these. We bought a used Grand cherokee and had a verbal agreement with the dealership that we would be taking it to our mechanic to give it a clean bill of health, which we do with all of out vehicles. Well the car had alot of issues and our mechanic who works for a high end dealership said to take it back! The problems it had were from pure laziness. Things like the alignment being damaged! When we went back we wanted to give them the chance to make it right. They were not shocked or surprised by the large number of issues that were found with the vehicle. We then doubled our cost on the Vehicle and started looking at a brand new vehicle with a $30,000 price tag. They even screwed that up. We had to take 2 days off of work, 5 trips to the dealership and we still have not received our deposit back after they have requested us to return to the dealership twice to get it. The employees at Darcars Rockville need some strict instruction on customer service, things like walking away from your customer in the middle of a deal to go help another one. Not returning phone calls and holding a customers money after agreeing to give it back on two seperate occasions. The words crooked and unprofessional come to mind! However we did purchase a beautiful brand spanking new Jeep from the Jeep Dealership in Gaithersburg and had a wonderful expeirence there. Darcars could learn a lot from them! More
Must be the most incompetent, rude and unprofessional service dept ever. I am not surprised Chrysler is going down the drain. Took my car in for what rep told me is a 90 minutes Diagnostic job on Mon service dept ever. I am not surprised Chrysler is going down the drain. Took my car in for what rep told me is a 90 minutes Diagnostic job on Mon at 10:00 PM, ended up with Darcars keeping my Car for a week just to give me an estimate and and when I requested my car back this dealer wanted $480 to get my car back although they did nothing except the diagnostic and quote. Nobody answer their phones, nobody answer the numerous voice mails messages left for them, HAD to leave my work on 3 different days and drive up to their location to find out what is going on (which was not much except excuses and promisses). Even when I tried to contact the service manager, I got his voice mail and AGAIN, no had the decency to call me back. STAY AWAY if you respect your time and care for for your stress level and money. Definately Darcars of Rockville DON'T. More
