DONT GO! I was idiotic enough to think they would rectify the problem that they created after returning my car last summer, (after having it over a MONTH!) bu I was idiotic enough to think they would rectify the problem that they created after returning my car last summer, (after having it over a MONTH!) but never mind doing that, they can't even take the time to diagnose the problem after having my car for two weeks, and promising to have it diagnosed for close to ONE week. How long does it take someone to pop the hood and tell me what's wrong?? Unanswerable question, apparently. I'll be glad to let you know if I ever find out... Tim was supposed to be my agent in this case, and I can't even get the guy on the phone. If it weren't for Hawa helping me to stay abreast with what was going on I would be completely in the dark. I've already sent two email to Steve the manager, but forget hearing back from him. Basically, you don't matter, and if you want to, go somewhere else. More

I had been having issues either getting financed or the payment being over the top. I found the car I wanted called and spoke with Mrs.Pat King, and the rest is history. I left the dealership with my souped up Chrysler and an affordable payment. I am sure all of the sales associate's are fabulous, although personally Mrs. Pat King is the one whom you want to deal with. She says what she means and means what she says. If she says she is getting you in the car you want with your payments reasonable she will and she can !! I will recommend DARCARS to everyone. !!
