They screw you over on your car deal I'm stuck with twos cars for two years. Now titles no good at all and they don't want a fix the problem at and because of all this my business credit has taken a major h cars for two years. By far the worst customer service ever. My car has been there for over 4 months and I get lied to every day about it. They been through 3 different managers during this time. I was sent mail with a attached personal hand written note , stating we will pay off your remaining car balance of $15,000 if you purchase a vehicle or not … Went their of course after to Wk , to No ava note , stating we will pay off your remaining car balance of $15,000 if you purchase a vehicle or not … Went their of course after to Wk , to No avail…. I was told after 2 to 3 hours that I cannot be helped , I wasn’t told how much money I need down or nothing…. Just told me I couldn’t be helped… so I actually lost credit points from them running my credit … was absolutely a waste of my time , and false advertisement with personal false hand written note included…. This happened before with them 3 years ago… I absolutely will not refer them And send all mail to spam folder Bcuz DARCARS ARE VERY BIG ON FALSE ADVERTISEMENT……!💯 from “”Will c gross More
DO yourself a favor and stay away. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They did not do proper inspection on delivery of the new vehicle and could have avoided most of the issues from my experience. I've ever experienced. Regardless they refuse to take ownership of the problems and no longer return calls or voice mails. Get put on hold for 20-30 min waiting to talk to gm or sales mgr and they never pick up. THey were very responsive when I was purchasing a $76,000 vehicle, but now that they got my money things have changed. Was force to deal w/ RAM customer service and another local dealer instead. Literally the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. RUN FAR AWAY! More

This is a 2006 car that has less then 15,000 miles. I returned the vehicle and was told it couldn't be checked because I had a bad battery and yet it started when I picked it up and the dome light was on in the daytime. They wanted me to buy a new battery that I had replaced 18 months before. I was charged $195.60 for that sevice. After which I had the batt checked by 2 other service centers and was told batt was ok just weak. Since then I had another shop work on the car and fix it. The problem was the fuel pump. Cost me another $600. So, whatever you do don't go to this dealership's sevice department. More
Lawrence Griffin is a King! Wasn't looking for a Jeep. Was actually checking out a Challenger but was vetoed by the head of our house. Most of the complaints are in reference to the service/repair department. I made multiple complaints about the service/repair department at DARCARS in Marlow Heights/Suitland. I felt I didn't rece service/repair department. I made multiple complaints about the service/repair department at DARCARS in Marlow Heights/Suitland. I felt I didn't receive adequate help and that the service department owes me $872.00 because I paid for a replacement feul pump that they recommended I get based on their recommendation and the replacement fuel pump did not repair the car and the check engine light is still on. They further diagnosed the car and determined that the instrument cluster panel is bad however they refused to reimburse me for the fuel pump stating they couldn't back their own recommendation due to the length of time that elapsed. It's against their current business practice to issue refunds. More
