Started good then after purchase went to xxxx. Couldn't do 2.5 stars so did 2 originally then the thing they repaired and ran out my warranty turned out not to be fixed so I reduced this to a 1. Test drove a vehicle, mentioned a few problems including smoke & smell & a little rattle. Bought it a few days or more after they worked it, 30 min after I drove it off the lot I had multiple warning lights and momentary power failure + the smell from when it smoked during the test drive. Took it back the next day & they had it worked on, I get it back a couple weeks later, 30 min after I get it back the engine light, electronic throttle control light, console says it needs oil change + the smell is still there. Take it in but it's the long weekend with Memorial Day, so I'm asked to bring it back Tue, they check the oil while I'm there and say it's good, I'm told I can just go get an oil change anywhere if I want. Taking it to Walmart for an oil change I'm told there is a problem underneath and they wont do it. Called Tuesday to talk to dealer and am told they won't put any more $ into it so I am on my own, they offer an oil change. A couple days later I am having problems with it starting and staying running, there are ticking/knocking sounds + the nasty smell. Forgot about the rattle from when I test drove it, windows have been up so I just heard it today since a window was down so I could see if a puddle underneath was water from the AC, which it seems to be. Trying to get into my regular mechanic to see what can be done. My vehicle came with a "100% satisfaction goal" Warranty, the goal has been missed. Also more than 1/2 the time calls are not returned and you need to call this dealer repeatedly. Everyone is nice at the dealership, especially Sammy. Now I can even get a call returned. Over the weekend the vehicle did the same thing that was "fixed" when it was held for 2 weeks, multiple warning lights came on and power was lost, 4 or so times in succession in the span of about 5 min, while driving down the highway. GOOD LUCK if you buy a car here. More

Don't waste your time. Terrible Experience I called ahead so I could know the out-the-door price of a car. They called me back with a price that I liked, so I drove to Springfield to buy the ca I called ahead so I could know the out-the-door price of a car. They called me back with a price that I liked, so I drove to Springfield to buy the car. 1) They did not have keys to the car. 2) They tried to sell the car over $1000 what they quoted on the phone. 3) They used a bunch of intimidation and high-pressure sales tactics to push the higher price. 4) They very obviously lied, repeatedly. Things like "This price is still $500 under the NADA or KBB price when the NADA and KBB prices were right on the page they gave us. 5) Anytime we tried to explain that we just wanted to buy the car for the price we were told, they'd leave us in the room for 10-15 minutes, then come back with $100 off the price that was $1000 above the original quote. 6) Wasted 6 hours of my life driving to, waiting and driving from this store. More

Dee the owner says that he didn't make enough off the truck to pay for any repairs , even tho i bought all the coverage and the best coverage i could buy . More

I was very nervous and anxious about the thought of it, but i knew from the time I pulled on to the lot, this was the right place to buy my first car, I was greeted by Pat, he’s an excellent sales man! He’s very knowledgeable, polite, and most importantly he listens to what you want, and delivers! They helped me get approved for a loan, then showed me a 2010 Nissan Maxima, and I fell in love, it is a great car! I’ve loved every moment of owning this car. And the best part is, they’re up front with you, they’re in it for the customer, not the sale, that’s hard to find in places, but I know for a fact Pat and D both had my best interest in mind when selling me this car, they are both great guys! Would definitely recommend anyone to shop with Ds! I’ve already told all of my friends and family about them! I will definitely be back when the time comes back around!! More
