He salesman Nick Lacer was very prompt. He was very accommodating to my questions and requests and flexible and prompt in communicating with me. He was able to work in getting me the vehicle I like in the very limited period he had. I'm very pleased with the sales service and am hoping post sales service delivery would be the same. More

My wife was going to be in Evansville for several days on business and her car needed an alignment. Since we don't have a dealer locally, I made an appointment to have the work done while she was there. I business and her car needed an alignment. Since we don't have a dealer locally, I made an appointment to have the work done while she was there. I emphasized she was traveling and had to have the car back Thursday evening for a 8 hour drive home on Friday. The appt. was for Thursday morning so she had a coworker pick her up after dropping it off. She returned Thursday evening and the car had not been touched DESPITE ASSURANCES TO ME THAT THEY WOULD COMPLETE IT ON THURSDAY. They told her they'd get on it first thing Friday and would have it done in an hour or so. My wife, not realizing the alignment wasn't that big a problem, felt she had no choice. They didn't complete the car until NOON, and told her that she needed to get a new tie rod installed and then have the car aligned again and charged her an exhorbitant price for alignment. When we drove over an hour to the closest dealer to us, they found other things wrong with the front end and said the car shouldn't even have been put on the rack. Even I, who am not an auto mechanic, know you don't do an alignment if you find tie rods and other alignment related parts bad. On top of all this, she blew a tire 50 miles up the road. As it was the same tire I had topped up before she left, I suspect it lost air again and they didn't even check the tire pressures before doing the alignment (this is a must for an alignment - if a tire is very low, it throws the alignment off). I called and raised cain, and they reduced the charge, but said we had to pay for putting the car on the rack. I mentioned this to people in our branch in Evansville, and they told me if they'd known we were taking the car to Patrick, they'd have recommended against it as they have a terrible local reputation for lousy service. Deservably so in our experience. These people are incompetent and uncaring. More
