Bought a new Honda Civic Type R from D-Patrick over the weekend. Before I went to the office all the correspondence and pricing was handled by emails. Everyone I dealt with during the process including Mary, David M and Lee from the finance department were equally friendly to deal with. They answered all my questions. When I showed up all I did was sign the requisite documents and drove my new ride home. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new Honda. More
I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer at D-Patrick Honda on November 9, 2020. The car had a bad part in the suspension and I was not told this prior to leaving Owensboro for Evansville. The suspension is something we could fix ourselves. I was reassured that the rest of the car had been inspected by their mechanics and that everything was good on it. They took some money off the sell price to compensate for the repair needed. I do believe that if the suspension problem was not so obvious, that they would have not informed me of it. The car has had a safety recall on it for months and D-Patrick Honda did not repair the recall. They did not inform me that the car I just bought had a safety recall on it that has not been fixed. The car has several paint chippings so the salesman had agreed to give me some matching paint for all of the scratches on the car. I did not get to drive that car for the first two weeks of owning it as there was a large repair needed under the hood. This repair exceeds $2,000.00. I immediately contacted the car salesman (the very next day 11/10/20) who basically told me that it was my problem now. I was very upset as I was taken advantage of. I told him to mail the paint to my house as I was never going to come back to that dealership. After reminding him of the paint over a week later, it was sent to my home. They made me pay the postage!!!!! I prayed about everything and accepted that I was taken advantage of. I went to get my registration and plate only to find out that D-Patrick Honda failed to even sign the documents that they sent to the Clerk’s office. Now it must be sent back to them for signature, delaying the whole process. I give this dealership ONE star. They get the one star because they were very welcoming and nice (I just didn’t know that it was all fake). I write this as a healing process for myself. I hope to help the next person who decides to enter D-Patrick Honda. My best advice is DO NOT go to D-Patrick Honda. I pray that my experience can save someone from being taken advantage of in the future. More

I proceeded with have them locate a vehicle, but upon delivery, it had bumper damage and built up dirt and leaves in all the crevices along with something all over the paint that would not scrape off. The said they could order me one, which I requested, but then reported they would only order next years model. Very disappointed More

Unethical liars Wife took the car in for ac service, they lied about the diagnosis and wanted $1700 to fix the ac they said was bad. Long story short I finally found the correct ac clutch kit for $50 and installed myself in 45 min and fixed the problem. I'll never go back or recommend them to anyone ever, even buying a car. If your service department is that shady I can only imagine how your sales staff is run. More
