I was greeted at the door, turned in my key in preparation for the repair (small - call needed a new USB port) The service at D Patrick is terrific. I was greeted at the door, turned in my key in preparation for the repair (small - call needed a new USB port) and given a ride to my appointment elsewhere by a very personable young man. Once I received a call that the vehicle was ready, I had only to call back when I needed a pick-up. The DPatrick car arrived at the door a few minutes later. All in all it was a smooth experience with wonderful attention to my needs. Oh, most importantly, the phone charger now works! Yay! More
