The very best I am presently driving the 11th or so Ford that I have leased from DPatrick. This lease is the first time I have leased at Booneville, but I can definet I am presently driving the 11th or so Ford that I have leased from DPatrick. This lease is the first time I have leased at Booneville, but I can definetly say that it WILL NOT BE THe LAST!! Don was certainly the epitomy of A salesman who puts the customer first. He was pleasant and no pressure during our vehicle selection. His patience, knowledge of product and attitude was superb. The gentleman who did the financial part was also super at his job. My experience at this Ford Dealer was outstanding. Would recommend these guys as the best at dealing with a customer. More
Does not stand behind their products Dpatrick Boonville Ford does not treat their customers properly or stand behind the products they sell. When a four-year-old Ford Fusion purchased br Dpatrick Boonville Ford does not treat their customers properly or stand behind the products they sell. When a four-year-old Ford Fusion purchased brand new from this dealership experienced engine failure, requiring engine replacement, at 70K miles, this dealership offered absolutely NOTHING to show that they stand behind their products or care about their customers. Being slightly past the warranty, I did not expect complete coverage of the cost; a loaner vehicle or simply a reduction in the cost of a rental car would have gone a long way. They instead accused me of not properly maintaining the vehicle. Even though 4 years of oil change records from a reputable auto service center were submitted to them as requested, they insisted since I did not have the oil changes done at their service department, it was not properly maintained and I was ultimately to blame for the engine failure. After balking at a paltry offer from Ford for less than 1/4 of the estimated repair cost, the service manager and ownership gave me an ultimatum, and one day, to either accept Ford’s offer or take my un-drivable car. Needless to say, Ford and Dpatrick have lost a customer for life. More
Sales department is great. Service Dept is a giant FAIL, If you are looking for a professional and honest repair facility, it is not DPatrick Ford in Boonville. UPDATE: Original review concerned warranty If you are looking for a professional and honest repair facility, it is not DPatrick Ford in Boonville. UPDATE: Original review concerned warranty work on a brand new 2018 F150 that DPatrick Boonville was not able to diagnose or fix after 3 attempts, and also making it worse was the attitude from the service manager Ryan Buehrens. I opened a case with Ford Customer Care and was advised to take my truck to a different dealer for service. I "googled" the symptoms that my truck was showing (a intermittent grinding noise in the front end) and learned it was most likely a defective Check Valve in the IWE system (part of the 4 wheel drive system). One poster on Google had repaired their truck with a Genuine Motorcraft Check Valve that is part of the Air Conditioning system, and posted the part number. I went across the street from DPatrick Ford Boonville to the ORiley Auto Parts store and bought the Check Valve ($10) and replaced it myself. It took literally 2 minutes to replace this simple part under the hood. The new part fixed the problem. Remember, this is a brand new truck, under warranty! In the mean time, Ford Customer Care called me back, and I told them I fixed the problem myself with an AC check valve. They highly recommended I go to a different Ford dealer and get the correct IWE Check Valve to avoid any warranty issues, after all, this is a brand new truck! So, I went to another Ford Dealer, Town & Country Ford in Evansville. The service manager diagnosed my issue before I could even finish describing the symptoms! He said it was a common problem with F150's, one that they repaired almost daily, as he pointed to another F150 in the shop that was in for the same problem. They fix so many, they had run out of the part (usually stocked it) and I had to wait a few days to take it back and have them pop it in. (He did say Ford had issued a Service Bulletin on the issue and couldn't understand how another dealer could not diagnose the problem) All fixed now, no thanks to DPatrick Ford Boonville. Needless to say, DPatrick Ford in Boonville doesn't service this brand new truck anymore. Fast Forward to today. My wife continued to take her car and my step son's cars to DPatrick Ford for service. They are very convenient to our office. We live and work in Boonville so they are the local dealer. She took son's car in for an oil change on March 7th(we originally bought the car from Dpatrick Ford in Boonville) last week. While it was in the service dept, they called my wife and said the also needed rear brake pads, rear rotors resurfaced, and rear sway bar links replaced. She authorized these repairs. When she went to pick up the car on March 8th, it was making a loud grinding noise, that it wasn't making when the car was dropped off, and DPatrick Ford Boonville said it did not make when they did a test drive after completing the service. She left the car there to have this new problem addressed. I stopped by the service department on March 11th and was told it was something with the emergency brake, they ordered parts, and they would pay for the repair. The problem didn't occur until DPatrick worked on the car so that seemed reasonable that they should fix it. In the mean time, we are explaining to my step son why his car has been in the shop so long, and he reminded us that the rear brake pads and rotors were just replaced 5000 miles ago. I pulled out DPatrick Ford's shop ticket, and it indicated that the left and right brake pads measured 4mm after only 5000 miles! (New pads should be 12mm)There is no mention of brake caliper failure, which is the only way pads could wear that much in 5000 miles, and would wear only on that one side. The second invoice from Dpatrick shows where they fixed the emergency brake and one brake caliper. No mention of the brake caliper on the original invoice. Today, 5 days after the pads were replaced, when I went back to DPatrick to try to make some sense of this mess. They said they still had the old brake pads that I could look at. One set was about 8mm thick, other set was about 4 mm thick. Shop ticket from the repair indicated both were 4mm thick, and no mention of broken caliper. The General Sales Manager Tony Toomey defended the service departments work. After 2 bad repair experiences from DPatrick Boonville Ford I would describe their service as unprofessional, inexperienced, subpar and deceptive. We have spent considerable money on vehicles there in the last 2 years with no issues from the Sales Dept, but the service department is nothing less that a miserable failure. Writing this kind of negative review is not something I would normally do, but after the gigantic disappointment with DPatrick Ford Boonville, and giving them multiple opportunities to make things right, I felt like others needed to be warned. I think there is possibly something about the culture at DPatrick that perpetuates this problem, as during this process I also spoke with Peter O'Daniel (corporate service manager?), Tony Toomey (Boonville General Sales Manager), and Ryan Buehrens (Service Manager in Boonville). and they all made excuses, but failed to perform. Particularly disturbing was their inability and unwillingness to fix a simple warranty problem on a brand new truck, which ultimately I fixed, and I am honestly not even a back yard mechanic. More

Making Things Right Finding a quality dealer and service staff can be very difficult in todays world. I was somewhat taken back on my last service experience at D Patrick Finding a quality dealer and service staff can be very difficult in todays world. I was somewhat taken back on my last service experience at D Patrick for a few reasons. The amount of support I received while having my vehicle serviced was above anything else I've ever experienced. Due to some parts not being in stock it took a lot longer than expected to get my vehicle finished in the expected time. Brent did an awesome job of staying in constant communication with me to let me know the progress of my vehicle. More delays happened and frustrations grew higher but D Patrick was there to make things right for me. They provided me with a rental car that exceeded my expectations and offered to service my car beyond what any other provider would have done. It is very rare in todays world where a person feels like they have been treated right. Brent and the entire staff at D Patrick have gone above and beyond to make sure I was treated right. I highly recommend D Patrick Ford for your service and buying experience. Make sure to see Brent at the service station for some of the best customer service. More
