Sales Dept is great, Service Dept not so much. Have purchased 2 vehicles from Dpat Boonville, and the sales transaction was easy and painless. Up until now, only used service dept for simple things Have purchased 2 vehicles from Dpat Boonville, and the sales transaction was easy and painless. Up until now, only used service dept for simple things like oil changes and tire rotations. The most recent purchase was a new 2018 F150, bought in late 2017. It has had an issue almost since new. There is an intermittent sound coming from the front end that sounds like you dropped a spoon in the blender. It has been back to the service department twice for this issue, and of course never makes the noise when in the shop. There are no TSB's addressing the issue, so the service manager, Ryan Buehrens says there is nothing they can do. I was able to quickly narrow down the likely culprit as a leak in the IWE system (4 wheel drive system) that is causing the truck to try to slip into FWD. There are even utube videos of the sound it makes. I called the Ford Customer Care number and the rep pulled up my VIN and said the dealer had not utilized any of the resources Ford has to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, so a case was opened. Today, the case has been escalated to a Regional Ford Service office to try to get a resolution. DPatrick Ford Service in Boonville should have been way more proactive in working with the resources at Ford Motor Company to figure out how to fix this obvious defect that will be covered under warranty without me having to spend all of this time to get something taken care of. More
