I was recently very interested in a Blue 2007 corvette at D&M Motersports.I found the car online and the pictures of the car were very good and I had every intention of buying this car. I told the salesman I had had a very hard time working deals with out of state car dealers recently. He told me that would not happen there, they were a family business and they made mostly out of state car sales. This is what happened. We spent about 3 days working on the details doing the things he recomened. I had found a very good deal on my plane trip up to see the car and sign all the papers. I spent a considerent amount off time to plan my trip up to buy this car. I received a call from the salesman who was to follow up with me to continue to work out the details. I missed his call. Within a hour or so I returned the call to talk with him. I was told he was not there. The person I talked with informed me the car was sold. Thank goodness I did not hit confirm online to buy my plane ticket. These people are there to sell cars and I understand, but I took this salesman (Rob) word that things would be done different with this so called family business, to take care of each and every customer. Had a great experience with D&M. I bought my second Corvette from them within the past 3 years. I was most impressed with the cleansyness of there store. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Corvette from them within the past 3 years. I was most impressed with the cleansyness of there store. Car Was received scratched and damaged. D and M would not respond to my telephone calls and e-mails. I had to have the car repaired at my own expense for a car that was undamaged when I purchased it. They do respond to my telephone calls and e-mails. I had to have the car repaired at my own expense for a car that was undamaged when I purchased it. They don't stand behind vehicles they sell and I would never buy another car from them again. I would recommend not buying a car from them as there are numerous reviews on the web indicate that my problems with D and M were not out of the ordinary. I only wish I did this research first, before buying from this unethical dealership. More
Kevin was unresponsive and rude to me on the phone. I asked to speak with Mike the owner and Kevin said he would not be willing to speak to me. Kevin than said this is non issue and hung up the phone on me. I was calling D&M about a Superformance Cobra warranty claim. Now I have no choice than to call Superformance Ca. and make a formal complaint about D&M Motorsports and their rude behaviour towards me. I would not recommend this dealership for your car purchase or service. More
