The entire experience was Perfect, not only was the bike in mint condition and extremely well maintained, but Mike addressed my only concern by including a brand new battery. This is a top dealership and very straight forward sales and management team. Thanks Angie, Mike, Dave and Kevin for a awesome deal! I strongly recommend D & M Motorsports. More

Angie was kind enough to show me a bunch of cars including the Convertible, 6 speed, with only 8,175 miles. D&M had the "Best" car at the Bloomington Show. A friend of mine, also a judge at the show also advised me to take a close look at the beauty. After careful inspection and a little sole searching, the decision was made to purchase the "Best of Show". D&M made the sale easy, clean and memorible. The little plastic toy has been everything expected. I have had several "Vetts" in the past included a 40th Anniversary. That my friends is the reason why this car was purchased. There is a strong possibilty a few more toys may be on the horizon in the future. Lynn Collins More

Bought BMW 335D reported in excellent condition, next day discovered major issues. Facts: - Prior to purchase asked for details on conditions, did a video walk around - Video walk around did not show oil l discovered major issues. Facts: - Prior to purchase asked for details on conditions, did a video walk around - Video walk around did not show oil leak, even described in the video as spotless - Asked to check under hood, conveniently missed seeing the oil leak - Got two inspections done of the car on discovery of oil leak next day after purchase - D&M asked to return the car, not possible for buyer since car has already crossed the border and buyer would lose over 3000$ in taxes - Buyer asked to share the bill of repair, D&M refused - Buyer asked to get the car repaired will ship it back, D&M refused - D&M insisted issue is with recall and on the buyer to take it up with BMW, BMW inspected the car and reported issue is not because of recall. Conclusion: - D&M is a clearing and forwarding type dealership, they do not check there cars or have them re-conditioned. As they are unaware of the true condition of their cars. They go based off last available service history. - D&M do not stand behind the product they sell, as they are not willing to have a problem fixed even if it was discovered because of no fault of their own - 2 Weeks, 2 oil and 1 exhaust leak later the car is fixed at buyers expense Post D&M's response here are my details to fill in the gaps D&M was very good at pre-sales support and customer service, as mentioned here picked us up from union, provided service reports, pics and videos. But that's hardly a consolation for selling a car which was defective whether they were aware of it or not. Upon discovery of the issue i was in contact with D&M from day one via email. I had sent detailed pics and a video of the leak when i got from the first inspection. D&M provided service reports, which were of no use as i had already taken a printout from a local BMW dealership as the service database is connected throughout NA, so nothing new gained there. And latter on i had received a call, and during the call they were trying to search for the issue on GOOGLE to see if they can find a commonality on the symptoms i had provided. During the Google search they found the recall issue and were glad to pin it on that and the liability on BMW to fix the problem. I had explained that i can bring the car back to them and they may have a dealer network they could leverage, but was told it wouldn't be feasible as it would be looked on by a dealership in Illinois as a local dealer trying to recondition there own car. So this sent me on another wild chase against BMW NA on why my car is not being looked after under the recall for 2 weeks. D&M speaks about how they wanted to get involved with BMW to get the car fixed because they had the service reports pulled, but they failed to read it in detail as the recall work was already completed by BMW. This should have clearly hinted to them that they were infact not aware of what the real condition of the car was. D&M did indeed offer a full refund on price with the caveat for me to take up the battle against the border and state to get my taxes back.I would loose 3000+ in tax, in fact they were going to investigate and get back to me on that and they never did as it is not possible. More over i would have to apply for re-exporting the car into the united states and go through the importation process and pay fees again. Seems really fair. The experience has been like going to Toysrus. You find this nice toy, you picked it up and read the label and instructions on how it works. You looked at the packaging it looked great, spoke to the customer rep and they were great at explaining how kids love it and i wouldn't go wrong with it. There was a try it now button to see it in action which made me like it even more. Soon after you reach home and take it out of the packaging to discover the battery cover missing and sure enough you head back to the store to get it rectified and they say i will have to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement or the store will give me a full refund minus the taxes. And i would have to take that issue up with the state as its not in there hands. I have bought 3 other cars from across the border, Previous dealership in Virginia even offered a complementary stay at the comfort inn on there tab as they wanted to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and had done a mechanical inspection independently to know the real condition of the car, had put up the car on a hoist and did an inspection to ensure everything checked out. I was incorrect in assuming the same had happened here. The amount of frustration i have been put through in the 3 weeks following the purchase was not something that i had signed up for. D&M had the opportunity to avoid all of this and come to an agreement to fix the issue, but instead they chose to fight it and justify how they had sold a very clean car. And picked ways that were suitable for them and the most difficult for me. This has turned out to be the worst experience so far. Place your bet wisely folks, like they say proof is in the pudding search on google and youtube you will find more past experiences apart from mine. More

From the time Dave met me at the Chicago O'Hare airport until the time I drove away in my almost new (2005 corvette), I couldn't have asked for more. The car was exactly as advertised and what I expected. It was like a new car! This is a family owned and operated business and I felt like I was treated like family. It is great people like this who make successful businesses, not the U. S. Government. I wish D & M Motorsports the greatest success in their business and many happy successful years.
