As my current car lease was scheduled to expire last March, I was determined NOT to ever lease another vehicle regardless of who the dealer was. Nonetheless, Josh Armstrong patiently and persistently stayed in contact with me over a 2-3 month period as I pursued a variety of purchase options with various dealerships.
