I would not recommended this dealership! The management staff is useless, the sales representative lies about correcting issues pointed out at test drives. Not very good service I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and test drove a car with Patrick. He was nice and knowledgeable about the car. I set up a time to come back the ne I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and test drove a car with Patrick. He was nice and knowledgeable about the car. I set up a time to come back the next day with my wife to see the car and possibly purchase it. I gave him my cell number and left. I came to the dealership at the scheduled time and Patrick was busy with a customer. No big deal, so I waited around for him. He never even spoke or acknowledged my presence even though we had a scheduled appointment. Another salesman spoke with me and said that Patrick would be with me shortly. The car was not on the lot, but I assumed maybe they were cleaning it up or something for me. We waited for about 45 minutes until the other salesman came out and started talking about different cars and other options as well as their finance plans. My wife asked where the car was that we came to buy and he said, "Oh we sold it last night. I thought someone told you." And he proceeded to try and sell me in their financing for new cars. I wish they had called and told me that they sold the car since we had a scheduled appointment. At the very least, Patrick could have spoken to me in passing and said the other salesman would take care of me. Just poor service in my opinion. This was in October/November 2018. More

Awful. Brandon started out pretty nice, but by the 4th time he tells you hes one of the best rated car salesman ever...well you know. He thinks hes the only one who understands numbers, and tries to rip you off on trade ins because "its a small dealership." He will buy your car "wholesale" (about 10G under the kelly blue book value) while not coming down on his increased sticker prices. He lectures and talks down to people, all while talking about how great a cars salesmen he is. I would not suggest this dealership since "they can't pay for trade-ins like the other dealerships can." Also, unless you want to deal with being told you "obviously don't understand" their numbers (after already pricing with comparable other dealerships), go to Greenville like I did. Its worth the drive. More
