My wife and I visited the dealership to take a look at a new Palisade. Immediately upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by Phil and he began assisting us in looking at a specific vehicle we had found new Palisade. Immediately upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by Phil and he began assisting us in looking at a specific vehicle we had found online. Phil promptly pulled the vehicle around and showed us the features and offered us to take a test drive. Following the test drive, Phil asked if we were interested in seeing a pricing breakdown, and if not, if there was anything else he could help us with. At no point in the conversation did we feel pressured or pushed, and it was a breath of fresh air from previous dealership visits we had. We proceeded with requesting a pricing sheet, which Phil broke down for us and asked if we had any questions. Phil was incredibly helpful at every step through the entire process, and we walked away with the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.
