Matt was absolutely awesome!! I first met Matt a couple months back when I came to pick up my old car that was getting serviced and he pulled up my car along with the rental right next to eachother so that months back when I came to pick up my old car that was getting serviced and he pulled up my car along with the rental right next to eachother so that we could transfer the car seat. I was very pregnant at the time and he made sure to help me because he said he would hope that someone would do that for his wife. We both remembered eachother which made it very comfortable to work with him. He was so understanding and personal. He made this the BEST experience my husband and I ever had. By the time we left my husband said he wished that Matt could be our personal car salesman for all future cars. Also would like to give a shout out to John Miniuk who introduced himself to us and was not pushy into trying to get us to buy a car. Very nice man. Zach Segreti was also great as well. We had a wonderful experience! We called to ensure they'd have something for us to look at and Phil answered the phone. He was ready for us when we got there in about an hour and quickly got us 2 cars to loo have something for us to look at and Phil answered the phone. I am so glad we ended up at D'Arcy working with Phil - I had called a couple other dealers prior and was really rubbed the wrong way with their response. Once we were set on the car, Phil worked to get our price to where we wanted, squared away all of the necessary details for us and in the end, paperwork and purchasing went the smoothest I've ever experience. We worked with Joe to sign our paperwork and we would never have known he was newer to his position if they'd not told us. Wonderful experience all around! More
